Prompt and professional service - couldn’t fault it!

Easy to book, coach was bang on time to collect us to take us to Eddfest. Made it there in good time, driver was very helpful letting us know that the coach would stay put where it was until home time.

At the end of the night it was easy to find where we needed to go to get back to the coach, which duly waited until the appointed time before setting off. This reassured me that people had a fair opportunity to find their way in time.

The driver put the World Cup match on the speakers, which pleased a lot of passengers.

I think the only slight mishap was a typo on the road name we were being collected from for the outbound journey, but I emailed customer service and they duly replied and were very helpful.

A smooth and comfortable journey, would book again with you happily! Thanks for a great day out!

Travelled to Knebworth for Eddfest.
Coach had 5 seats across each seat was narrow with very little leg room.
The Coach on board Toilet was locked and not in use.
Return journey :-
Coach was difficult to find, it was not in the agreed pick up location.
We were on board for 4 hours for the Return journey, driver got lost .
The driver had to stop on the hard shoulder so passengers male and female could have a Toilet break.
This was the most uncomfortable Coach journey I have ever had.

I’ve used big green coach for two concerts at Wembley recently and I can’t fault the service! The drivers are so lovely! Air con and toilet on coach. Honestly I haven’t a bad word to say! Will definitely be using again!

We used BGC to see BTS in London. Thought whole service and experience was well planned and organised. Quick to answer email queries, overall really positive experience, definitely would use again and would recommend to others.

Sadly, our coach was very late in picking us up after the concert, claiming to be lost somewhere nearby. the concert had been over 90 minutes by the time the coach arrived for us, and all other BGC's had left at this point, leaving us worried it just wasn't going to turn up to take us home!

The driver almost missed the first stop (it took another passenger to speak to the driver for him to realise) - he thanked her for letting him know, stating it was almost "too late" to recitfy (very concerning comment for those whose stop it was!). The coach had no toilet, and due to the time of the night, access to public toilets was even more challenging. Our tickets were not checked, so the driver did not know how many people he was expecting. When he stopped for us to find a public toilet to use in an unfamiliar town there was no tally of how many had gotten off - I hope no one was left behind!

This service had so much potential for taking away stress of big arena events, especially for those who find crowds on public transport at the end of the night overwhelming. Sadly due to the delay, any reduction in overwhelm and anxiety was lost at this point. Unfortunately, the outcome did not meet our expectations, and I think I'd think again before I went to book Big Green Coach again.

Iron Maiden Knebworth. Awful coach. Small seats. Driver had no clue where he was going. Had to be directed by passengers. Nearly lost some! Total chaos on way out and back. Told me to hurry up at services as we only have 5 mins. Then spent 40 mins getting a coffee himself! Everyone wondered where he had gone. Left engine running. The list is endless.Idiot! Good job company on coach was good and we laughed about it. Maiden were great!

I used the big green coach to travel to Wembley to watch Bruno Mars. All parts of the experience were excellent from pick up to drop off. The drivers were helpful, funny and made the long travel time a good experience. We were dropped off in the pink car park right outside Wembley and collected in the same place which was so easy and convenient. I would definitely use them again.

Hassle free trip to Wembley and return at a reasonable cost.

I travelled to Lytham for the festival from Manchester. Coach departed promptly very comfortable journey,plenty of room. Staff put me on a more direct coach for the return so back at a reasonable time.

Great service, first time I’d used it but very happy with how it went. I’ll definitely be using again

Coach was on time,a little slow to start the journey, and on time with return journey.

Bus arrived on time got to the concert before the gates opend only down side was road closuers and the time getting out

I attended My Chemical Romance at Wembley Stadium via Big Green Coach on 11th July, and I have mixed feelings about how it went.

Firstly, I’d recommend booking via the BGC website as I struggled getting the codes from ticketmaster.

Secondly, I have accessibility needs, which I requested but could not be accommodated (one very small and reasonable request). Make of this what you will. It wasn’t anything like I need wheelchair access so I can’t comment on things like that.

For the journey to Wembley, this was easy, went smoothly, and the driver was great. The coach was spacious, clean, and I appreciated that we could leave things on the coach if needed as we would be returning on the same coach. It would have been handy to know prior to the trip though, but I appreciate this isn’t always the case. We also stopped for a 30 minute break at the services. My only real complaint is that the plug sockets didn’t work so no one could charge their phones.

Coming home, the journey started off well. We set off about 11:30pm and were expected back in Leeds for 3/3:30am. There was minimal traffic leaving Wembley so we were on the road sooner than expected which I was pleased about, however we barely seemed to go on the motorway which was strange. We then stopped for a 45 minute break at Newark services at 2am, so were unexpectedly behind schedule. I understand the drivers need breaks, the break wasn’t the issue. We get to Sheffield where there was some motorway closed, and the driver missed multiple turns to get back on the motorway, as he ignored the diversions.

We then end up in Penistone, Barnsley, where we circled for an hour. Some passengers got up from their seats and spoke to the driver who did not respond, flung the coach over into a lay-by and left for 10 minutes. He then came back and took a phone call. When he came back on, he turned all the lights on so no one could go back to sleep, turned off the air con upstairs where the complaining passengers were, so they were really hot, and turned it up downstairs where we were, and we were all freezing. He also stormed up and down the coach but didn’t say anything.

By this point it is almost 4am. We then end up in Huddersfield. The opposite way to Leeds. Some passengers lived in Huddersfield, and demanded to get off the coach which the driver refused, and told them to go back to their seats. He continued driving for a further 10 minutes, then decided to let them off.

We then end up in Brighouse. We had no communication at any point in the journey from the driver as to what was happening.

We arrived back in Leeds at 5:30am, 2-2:30 hours after the expected time, and were dropped at the bus station, rather than where the coach picked us up. When we arrived, there was a group of people waiting there, which was strange as there was no one around, and this seemed to frighten a couple of the younger passengers. As soon as we parked, the driver exited immediately and went to talk to this group of people. I think he called them when he pulled over the coach earlier as he didn’t want to be met with complaining passengers when we finally arrived back in leeds.

The home journey really ruined the experience for myself and a lot of others. I anticipated it being a long day and a long journey, but not that long.

I can’t thank the first driver enough though, he was brilliant.

Travelled to Finsbury Park from Coventry. The first leg of the journey was great. However on the return journey the driver unexpectedly decided to drop off at Nottingham first and return to Coventry last which would have resulted in double our required travelling time. We got off the coach along with at least half our fellow travellers and made our way to the train station to get home in half the time. Shame as this experience the means we are very unlikely to book with Big Green Coach again.

I travelled with Big Green Coach to Tomorrowland in July. It was my second time using them and I would absolutely recommend them.
Amazing company with fantastic reps and a great level of service! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great service. Travelled from Sheffield to London for Metallica. Straight to and from the venue. So much better than having to mess about with trains and the tube. Will definitely be using again.

Travelled from South Wales to BTS concert in Tottenham stadium. Coach arrived early at my pick up and departed promptly. Had a 30 min stop in the services. The walk from the stadium wasn’t too far. Seats were comfortable and drivers were great. Would definitely use again

Travelled from Scotland to Bloodstock, easy to book, air conditioned coach, clean, tidy, comfortable. Fantastic professional, friendly driver Jon. He was relaxed, excellent customer service and would defo book again. The coach trip was fun & friendly and added to the weekend away! Thank you Jon, such a great guy!

Absolute shambles of a company. We booked a direct coach from Plymouth to Exeter for Alanis Morrisette. The coach there was fine. The coach on the way back however was fully seated by others who did not travel on the direct coach. I had to get a taxi home to make sure I was home in time for my step dad who has dementia and for his carers to releive him. The comapnt who I have been waiting for replies sibnce June when this happened apparently have terms and conditions about not being able to gaurentee seats. So they allow people who haven't booked that service on? There was another coach but that made about a dozen stops and we wouldn;t have been home until 2 hours after my original time. I couldn;t do that - I had carers to relieve and he is vunerable. Apparently if i had stated this under accessibility at the time of booked they would have been able to make sureI got my paid for service home. Instead of just giving me the service I had infact paid for. Their terms do not state anything other than not gaurenteeing specific seats. They are clutching at straws trying to make their own terms fit situations. They are leaving people stranded and think it's acceptable. I will be fighting this as a matter of principal as this is disguisting.

I thought my case was just isolated and a genuine error but obviously not from these reviews.
They are heading for a scenario where they lose someone and someone is injured or dies as a result of their disorganisation in getting people home safely.
