Update: BGC blaming the traffic for the mess in their response continues to be entirely in line with their refusal to take any responsibility.

The 30-minute delay I experienced was because I was unable to board the coach I had actually booked and had to wait for the next one. That delay was ultimately the reason I missed the first band. Had BGC simply honoured the ticket I purchased and ensured passengers boarded their correct coaches, I would have arrived in time even with the traffic delays on the motorway.

Still no response whatsoever regarding the unprofessional behaviour of the driver either.

Deflecting responsibility onto traffic and individual drivers rather than acknowledging failures in their own service says it all. Joke of a company.

Extremely disappointing experience and even more disappointing customer service.

I had a confirmed ticket for the 11:30am coach to Iron Maiden at Knebworth but was unable to board because passengers booked on the later 12:00pm service had been allowed onto my coach. As a result, I had to wait for the next departure, which, together with motorway traffic, caused me to arrive significantly late.

I was attending the event as a professional photographer, and the delay meant I missed photographing the opening band.

What I find particularly unacceptable is the company’s response when I requested a partial refund (which was refused). Big Green Coach acknowledged that the required ticket checks had not been carried out correctly, but rather than taking responsibility for a failure within the service they provided, they effectively passed the blame onto the drivers and refused any reimbursement.

From a customer’s perspective, the drivers and boarding arrangements are part of the Big Green Coach service. Customers should not be expected to absorb the consequences when those arrangements fail, particularly when the company itself acknowledges that the correct procedure was not followed.

The return journey was equally dreadful. The bus was extremely cold throughout, AC full blast, making for a very uncomfortable journey. The driver seemed more interested in tuning in to the football, which was kept on playing out loud throughout the journey (a completely unacceptable and unsafe practice), than in ensuring passengers had a comfortable and most importantly safe experience.

Don’t book with them.

Went from Glasgow to Bloodstock and our driver John was an absolute legend, stopped at a service station with a mcdonalds on the way home and let us play our music on the bus. 10/10 would have John again (i hope he likes his little ducky he got) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

we went from Edinbrugh to BLOODSTOCK and it's a ten hour trip, obviously we were dreading it but we ended up loving our trip there and back because of the legend that is JON!! We were chanting and hoping for him on the return journey and when he came back oh my God we erupted so loud it rivaled how loud we were at judas priest and I think we were louder he's funny and understanding he accommodates to everyone and is a lovely, considerate, sweet man. The journey was so fun and at the end I didn't want to leave we all had such a great time the customer service he provides is the best I've ever had. If you book here and you get a lovely man from Birmingham called Jon, you are in for a amazing time!

Absolutely amazing trip and it's all thanks to our main man JON FISHLEY! We absolutely adored this man and he made the trip fantastic and super pleasant to be on. He made a 10 hour trip feel like 20 minutes, he got us both to and from bloodstock and quite frankly when he arrived he got more of a cheer than some of the bands there and he absolutely deserves it! GO ON JOHN THE LEGEND!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolute SH!T company. Our coach didnt rurn up on time for Luke in Wembley. When trying to contact them the drivers phone was unavailable due to technical issues hmm!! We waited an hour over our time and left missed the concert...we then emailed them for a refund (only contact we had no phone) we was told it turned up 3 mins after we left no compensation no apologies nothing!!...we was iffy about using them due to bad reviews and saw only a few good ones and they was a last resort...I wish I would of trusted my instinct. PLEASE AVOID!!! ## BGT response is a lie the coach may of turned up but it was well after the time and no way of contact

Honestly, if I could leave a zero star review, I would. I tried to go via customer services and let them redeem themselves by way of a refund. Got a slap in the face offering £15 off a new booking. I would never use them again.

Google maps indicated around 2 hours from Birmingham to Knebworth - with this mobs outsourced ‘berry bus’ it was around 4 hours 30 to get there, with multiple wrong turns, no toilets and seating that was not fit for adults. 2 seats one side 3 seats on the other, pack em in, rake in the profits, and sod all comfort. People on the aisle seats were sitting with half a bum cheek on the seat.

Return journey equally shambolic, but add in that after a roasting hot day, the AC could not be turned in to heating, then the driver went AWOL for around 30 minutes at a service station. As the journey went on people were freezing, and as I unluckily ended up in a seat at the front, I was getting all the complaints to speak to the driver! By the time we got ‘abandoned’ in Birmingham at a different location from the pick up, I was just relieved to get off the bus. Then at 0300, in a city I don’t actually know, had to work out how to get back to my hotel.

Shambolic, dreadful service, horrible bus, and then customer service entirely lacking with an attitude of ‘we have your money and there is nothing you can do about it’ - I’d be embarrassed to work for this company.

I would give zero if it was possible. DO NOT USE these people! Our coach driver caused me a medical emergency on purpose, despite him being aware of my health condition, driver shows indecent nude videos to customers, drivers swear at the customers, and they refuse to address the situation, by ignoring emails as you cannot ring them. Horrifc service and would not recommend to animals let alone humans. Disgusting company

Was very easy to book and very easy for them to cancel three weeks before the event, as apparently there was not enough people going from my pick up point, complete waste of time, won’t be using them again,though strictly speaking haven’t used them this time as the closest I have got to one of their coaches is the website happy days. Have now received a lovely reply to tell me that operating half empty coach’s is not good for the environment, but obviously full ones are, I believe it’s half empty coach’s don’t make lots of money that’s the real issue, unfortunately at the end of the day it’s the fans of concerts who unfortunately always suffer as myself who with no other way of getting there have now had to sell my tickets at a loss, yes I have had my refund from Big green coach but that’s it, no interest on my money they had for 5/6 weeks, not even a fiver compensation to say sorry we’ve ruined your plans but that’s no surprise as they like the concert promoters couldn’t give a stuff about us the very fans that without us they would all be out of work, funny old world we live in, happy days everyone.

This company is an absolute joke!! Avoid at all costs!!!
I travelled alone to the Bruno Mars concert and was left stranded, the driver left before the scheduled departure time.
I was forced to make alternative arrangements late a night for a journey of over a 100 miles.
I emailed a compliant to customer services on the 20th July and am yet to receive a response!!!
Disgusting way to run a company!!!!!

The only thing good about journey was the drivern, 2 hour journey takes 4hrs and thats not due to traffic on route pickups are NOT on route its ridiculous. Dont use this company to travel to/fro to Reggaeland the holdup leaving is ridiculous, got to coach at 11pm coach to leave at 11.30pm didn't go for over an hour got home 3.30am....never again.

I've used this company multiple times for festivals and it makes it easier to get to and from big events.

I contacted customer service for first time to help with my Reggaeland booking. Layla assisted me and everything was simple and efficient.

Absolutely amazing service! The company is great in keeping in touch, I had an issue with my email address was sorted within an hour of me emailing them.

Moving on to the day, the drivers wow they was fantastic! On the way there came up and sat and spoke to us making us feel at ease as two girls heading to the Wembley for the first time.

On the way back they both again great, keeping us laughing knowing we was knackered. Made sure they woke us when we got to Sheffield and told us to keep safe as it was early hours of the morning they dropped us off!

All in all fantastic service from a great company and would use them again!

Un-helpfull when they replaced coach for taxis. Does not care about customers with anxiety disorders.

I accidentally booked the wrong day for a bus to Boardmasters. I emailed them and they fixed it minutres. Thank you Clara for doing a great job.

Have been in an unfortunate situation causing financial issues and reached out to the team who went above and beyond not only to shift the payment schedule around for me but also had endless patience with me and my scattered mindset (explaining something very simple multiple times) I'm very grateful for them.

Brilliant experience for Bruno Mars. The staff really looked after everyone during and after travel. They turned the aircon up and down as we requested and it was an overall fab experience. They were very kind and accommodating. We even left our stuff on the coach whilst at the concert.

We have booked again for The Weekend!
