Super efficient , tickets arrived the next day, very good seller though when I received them I realised they only lived up the road so I could of collected them. Maybe give the option of collection ??... Se mere

Twickets all the way

Had plans to see BLS at the end of the month, but the person I was going with can no longer attend, and thought it would be a nightmare to shift the tickets. Did a bit of research and found Twickets. I joined the site, Read the details on how things worked. Really easy process. Just make sure you have the information about your tickets to hand. Where the seats are, face value, are they standing? Are the reserved? How will you transfer them.
My tickets sold within 4 hours. The Twickets charge is paid by the seller and you’ll only have to pay the PayPal charge, which is a few quid.

I would definitely use Twickets again should the need arise and will happily recommend them to anyone.

First purchase using Twickets…

I have sold tickets using Twickets before but this is the first time I used the site to make an offer.
It worked well and yesterday evening we had a lovely evening using the tickets. No issues at all.
I have recommended others to use Twickets too as on those occasions when one cannot use the pre- paid tickets this is a much better idea & keeps touts away.

2 tickets for Avenue Q

The show was brilliant. Very funny and highly recommend.
I have used Twickets on a few occasions and never had any problems. I would definitely use them again.

A great way to securely sell unwanted…

A great way to securely sell unwanted tickets at a good price with immediate payment , my only criticism is that if you want to reduce the sale price it has to be at least 10% every time . So I reduced 48.50 to 42 but when I wanted to reduce to 40 I couldn't .

Great way to buy face value tickets

Major failure with the system is when you put in offer which gets rejected and you place another offer my particular seller did not respond at all so was in limbo as I could offer an increased bid. I opened another account placed the same bid and the seller responded to the agreed bid immediately. The system needs to force the seller to respond within 24 hours at least so both parties no where they stand.

We also appreciate the feedback on the offer process. When an offer is submitted, the seller is notified immediately and can then choose to accept or reject it. At the moment, buyers can only have one active offer at a time, which helps us prevent spam, bots, and other security issues on the platform.

That said, we completely understand your frustration when a seller doesn’t respond promptly and your offer remains pending. Your suggestion around introducing a response window for sellers is genuinely valuable feedback, and we’ll be passing it on to our product team to consider for future improvements.

All good. Sold quickly and buyer paid instantly. Very happy with the Twickets experience and applaud the principle of passing on unrequired tickets at max face value.
