I booked with the big green coach company to get from Manchester to Wembley for Bon Jovi on 9th sept but unfortunately no longer able to make the concert so I got in touch with the company to see if a refund was possible. They were really quick to respond the email was sent late in the evening on Saturday and by Sunday morning I had a response back. Thankfully due to having bought the tickets under the flexi I was able to get a refund for the coach tickets (obviously you don’t get the flexi fee back) the refund was processed for me straight away and expected back within 3-5 working days, I can see the transaction already pending to come back to me in my revolut account. I am extremely grateful and happy for the service provided and will 100% use this company in the future. If your getting any tickets for anything I would suggest the flexi as it does cover you if for any reason you can’t make the booking. Thank you big green coach company for being so quick to respond and refunding me 🙂. UPDATE:- I had the refund back in my account within 2days 🙂

So we booked coach for the tyson fury fight from norwich was told we would have toilet on coach what turned up was sanders bus 10 seater with no toilet a lady got on at ipswich and was told that they have a bucket of can go to a hedge at the next stop you have replied to my email and offered me £15 voucher to use on your website i find your company misleading and tbh disusting AVOID

1st time using a coach service and managed to book the wrong day!
I'd first had a bit of a wobble as the venue was wrong on the email, however once I went online all the venues and dates for the tour were available. In my haste i booked the Friday rather than the Saturday.
An email to BGC, less than an hour later it was all sorted.
Here's hoping to travel is as good.

Travelled with them multiple times. Always on time and really friendly and helpful staff at all the events I went to like creamfields , parklife and forbidden forest. Would definitely book with them again

I made a genuine but stupid error in ordering tickets for this coach company through a 3rd party, the 3rd party were not interested at all just directed me to FAQ which I had already read and didn’t resolve my issue. But when I contacted this coach company a human replied to my query and took the time to address me by my name be sympathetic and resolve my issue quickly. I will now always think of this company for travel arrangements!!

Would give zero stars! Poor communication along with
Safeguarding concerns for allowing a minor to make a booking and refusal to refund £148 - just 7 days after booking.
I’ve since contacted again with no response so I’m left with no alternative to review my experience here.
This company has no morals take your money elsewhere and take note of all the other negative reviews!

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Big Green Coaches. They responded swiftly to my questions via email and went above and beyond to support and help me. I was enquiring about transport to an upcoming concert in summer at a stadium with Big Green Coaches and was unsure about many things but nothing was to much trouble for them. They are very prompt and professional in their services and I would definitely, highly recommend everyone to use Big Green Coaches for any big events they need to get to as they have many local pick up locations. Also to have return travel for the day saves costs on accommodation and other unnecessary travel expenses. Thank you. 👍

Lovely customer service, prompt response and clear information.

Customer service is excellent and the availability of coaches to Spurs home games is great, especially for late kick offs when trains home are unreliable. Shame they’ve stopped the Champions League coaches for that very reason.
Occasionally, we’ve had an over-zealous slightly road-rage driver shouting abuse at other drivers, which isn’t really professional, but we’ve always got home safely!

The response from support has been timely and secondary to none. Now if they could put on a pick up from Brighton for IOW next year I'd be giving 10 stars

Contacted Big Green Coach with a query as one of their packages looked sold out even though it had only just gone on sale. They got back to me twice in the same day and fixed the issue, really great service.

I had to change our pick up point and the customer service team were brilliant, really helpful

Used their services for the last 3 years attending Forbidden Forest. Friendly drivers, coaches are clean and comfortable. Pick up times are pretty much bang on. They are quick to respond to enquiries and with a friendly attitude too!

So prompt and keep you informed throughout the journey. Know that you can get to and from a concert without any worries of arriving late, or hanging around at the end of an evening.

Great, responsive customer service. Really feel like they care and want to help sort out any issues. Love the whole ethos of this company, feel like you're travelling with friends 🧡
