Used the service from Cardiff to Wembley for Bon Jovi,couldn’t fault it,great drivers and a comfortable coach,made the trip really easy.Definitely use again.

If I could give more than 5* I would, the customer service communication is brilliant, I had a problem with the date and was so grateful they did everything they could to help and change it for me, so thankful, even on the day, super communication, comfortable smooth calm journey, great friendly driver! Thank you for getting me to concert and back safely, without you, a dream wouldn’t have come true, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

We used the BGC (South Wales transport) to go to wembley to see bon Jovi yesterday.the coach was in plenty of time for people to get on and the 2 coach drivers(Steve and cas) were very helpful and friendly.when you have coach drivers who are like that it makes the journey most comfortable and a pleasure to be on their coach.i would definitely recommend the BGC to anyone going to events.everything was perfect from start to finish.

I travelled with them last Saturday to see Pulp. The driver clipped a vehicle as he joined the m56, didn’t know where he was going and dropped us at the wrong place. Consequently we missed the bus back and had to get a taxi as issues with connectivity for maps amd what3words. On top of this we found out his coach isn’t taxed therefore driving illegally.

We raised complaint a week ago and advised it was an illegal vehicle. We received a response today offering £10 in good will. They haven’t even acknowledged that they contracted an illegal vehicle.

Need better checks, safer drivers who are taxed and know the way

Got some great help from Layla after one of my tickets for travel to Wembley didnt arrive. She helped out and got the ticket emailed the next afternoon. I havent given 5 stars as the ticket didnt arrive in first place causing me a mild panic but as least it got sorted the next day. I think a phone number to contact a person would be helpful rather than just emails and facebook or tik tok.

Great experience with some luggage that was mistakenly taken by another passenger. Received excellent and swift support from the BigGreen Coach customer services Team (James) in co-ordinating the bag switch, resulting in the bag being recovered within 24 hours. Thank You.

I have used this company several times now. The customer service is amazing and very prompt. The driver we had was superb. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Haven't actually been on the bus yet but service I've received so far, booking, queries etc, has been excellent, makes me feel confident that it will be a good day.

Travelled with Big Green coach company to and from Creamfields; had a smooth journey there on the Thursday from London Victoria but had a nightmare on the Monday on the way back! For starters, none of the staff knew which coach was going where, we had to ask which coach was going back to London Victoria and rather than them calling out the first coach going back to London, they left us in the dark to figure it out and by that time the coach was full and ready to leave so then had to wait another hour for the rest of the coaches to come (due to unforeseen delays) but even then staff gave us no ETA or any info, just stood there doing nothing! If you want to guarantee a smooth journey please avoid Big Green coach company if travelling to any events!

From a personal point of view our trip was good, collected at the time & place stated and made good time to get to Manchester. Collection was good too, only setting off 15 minutes later than planned
But no one at all checked our tickets on the way down or on the return
The driver asked if everyone was here on the way back, and considering there was loads more people on the return how would the passengers know!
We also heard a man on the way back ask if he needed a ticket as he got on, the driver told him to just get on
We feel like we could've saved the £80 paid if this is the attitude 😂
Overall good service for travel but seems a silly business model not checking people have paid

Some of the pick up locations advertised are not available on certain days - I hadn't realised. I misbooked the coach by mistake but wasn't provided a refund or vouchers for another time. Extremely poor customer services with a computer says no attitude.

Booked through a third party company as a package with event tickets in which i never received codes to book the coach. Sent an email to big green coach and their helpful team assisted me and sent me over e-ticket for coach. Clean coach, friendly drivers overall good experience.

I am so happy and thankful to Ciara at the big green coach for helping me change booking at short notice. This 4th time I be traveling with the. Each time has been great. But this first time I had a problem beforehand and asked for help. Ciara made it simple and sorted straight away.. what amazing service. Thank you so much and now I can enjoy my trip to bon jovi

I made a very silly error and booked the incorrect coach date for the concert - I only just found out by accident less than a week until the big day. In a panic I emailed BGC late yesterday evening (Friday) by early this morning (Saturday) I had a response! Within a couple of hours of emailing, everything was sorted! I am so grateful, relieved and happy. Amazing customer service! Thank you ☺️

1 star is too generous. Two under 18s used your service to Bloodstock recently from Bournemouth. On the way home the bus was an 1hr late picking them up. The bus driver then refused to drive back to Bournemouth as per the ticket and instead dumped them at a train station 60 miles away from Bournemouth with no prior notice, discussion or alternative provision to get home. If you are thinking of using this service for your sons or daughters think very carefuly.

I would like to put less than one star as it’s that bad. Driver had no idea where to drop us off at the venue. He said he would pick us up where he dropped us off and wasn’t there. There was no communication and we were walking around for over an hour trying to find the coach. They left some people behind which is outrageous. They have terrible customer service and just want your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

⁷Booked an 11am coach from Bristol to Shambala. When we get there at 10.50 there is absolutely no organisation whatsoever. Buses going different places all over the place. No proper queueing. That's all very well for youngsters but at 55, my back is killing me and we've been told the next bus arriving will be 12pm. Coach finally arrived at 13:10. What is the point asking us to book a time if it isn't honoured?

It's not the first time they've done this.

Definitely NEVER booking the bus option again.

The day before traveling to a concert I still hadn't received my confirmation code from Ticketmaster however after contacting Big Green directly with my details the quickly sorted my issue and I had my tickets and confirmation of travel within the hour.
5 ⭐ for customer service especially Layla and James .

buses from edinburgh to creamfields were full when we arrived 15 mins before departure, around 30 people left on the street terrible organisation no communication from staff nobody had a clue what was happening. We had to wait on the curb for 2 and a half hours due to overselling do not use big green coach services. The exact same thing happened today in glasgow, buses left full with leftover ticket holders stranded.
