buses from edinburgh to creamfields were full when we arrived 15 mins before departure, around 30 people left on the street terrible organisation no communication from staff nobody had a clue what was happening. We had to wait on the curb for 2 and a half hours due to overselling do not use big green coach services. The exact same thing happened today in glasgow, buses left full with leftover ticket holders stranded.

Layla ( may have been others involved) but literally saved my weekend to Creamfields.
I had booked the big green coach through ticketmaster £300 and had this booked for almost a year. Only to find out 24 hours before that in fact that wasn’t my ticket and they failed to send me instructions on how to get my ticket and at that point the coach was sold out.

I had no way of getting to Creamfields and I’m in Scotland almost a 9 hour drive. Layla at the last minute was able to get me seats on the coach, no extra charge I just sent evidence of my booking with ticketmaster.

She honestly made my day and have 2 very happy girls !!! Thank you so much !

I didn't use the coach in the end, it was booked with the flexi option but I had to cancel, however, the customer service were responsive and excellent to communicate with so on that front, I'd recommend that because as least you can get in touch with someone if required.

Great experience! Our driver and assistant were very polite and friendly. Absolutely seamless travel to MK Bowl for the Prodigy gig.

Used Big Green Coach for the Harry Styles concert from Liverpool to Wembley. Absolute faultless journey there and back. Friendly drivers with air con and toilet facilities onboard. We could leave our belongings on the coach which was a bonus (however this is obviously at your own risk and discretion of the driver). Will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Proceed with caution and have a back up plan, just incase!
I booked return coach travel from Milton Keynes to Tottenham Hotspur for me and my daughter to see BTS in July. I did this to negate any issues with trains and underground transport after the concert.
Booked it and the tickets were great value, with pick and drop offs convenient at both ends.
Fast forward to the day of the concert and 15 minutes before our pickup a text was received to say the coach would be delayed and to sit tight. 45 minutes later a small, already half filled coach, arrived to pick up the 30ish people waiting. The coach driver was unaware of how many passengers he was collecting and was unsure if he could fit us all in his coach and said another was not on its way! Fortunately, there was space for all.
The coach driver then drove erratically, and as speed down the M1, and rather than take the most direct route to Hotspurs stadium he veered off the north circular and drove, rather dubiously down busy residential London streets.
We eventually arrived at Tottenham Hotspur and the driver told us he was taking us back after the event and to make our way back to his coach. After the concert (the best concert ever!) we walked back to the coach and the driver then said he was not taking us back and to go and look for the Big Green Coach rep to help us. The driver offered no help, support or direction in anyway, and went back to puffing on his ciggie totally unconcerned.
We eventually found the BGC rep sat in his car, with no signage to link him to the company. He directed us to another coach, a 15 min walk away. Once this was found we thought we were homeward bound, but no - this coach had also been overbooked and there were 15 people on it that shouldn't have. An hours wait and another coach was found for these, we were off. The coach driver got us back to Milton Keynes, but attempted to drop us off at a totally different address, the Stadium MK - miles from MK station where we were picked up. A fellow passenger had to direct the coach driver to MK station to drop us off.
The whole experience was stressful, badly communicated and executed by BGC. Absolutely zero follow up and communication from BGC about the initial coach which failed to show and we were given the absolute minimum support by the rep responsible for our coach back home from Tottenham.
Maybe we had a one-off bad experience - who knows, but on what was meant to be the best day of my daughters life, seeing her idols, she was left panicking that she a) was not going to get there and b) was going to be left stranded in London afterwards.
All in all, very stressful and perhaps next time we'll suck up the appalling underground queues to get home.

Used Big Green Coach for return travel to the Prodigy concert at Milton Keynes from Norwich with my daughter,no issues at all, comfortable modern coach excellent journey both ways, wouldn't hesitate to use again for future travel.

Booked with this company for The Weeknd concert in London. Received our tickets a few days before with tons of information regarding the trip. Special mention to our driver Mike who was lovely and had a hilarious sense of humour! On board we had charger sockets, air con and a toilet. They picked us up on time from Cardiff and we arrived 2 hours before doors opened so had time to have lunch and walk around etc before the concert. On arrival, we were told where the coach would be after the concert and what time to be back so that put our mind at ease knowing what to expect having never been to Wembley before. We also left London on time. Overall brilliant coach journey and would definitely recommend! I’d also book again in future to avoid the cost and stress of driving or getting the train :)

My other half accidentally entered an incorrect email address for me for my ticket. A couple of hours before departure he realised and we contacted customer services at Big Green Coach to resolve. They were so helpful and sorted it immediately. Really impressed with the service.

Have travelled with the BGC to a festival for several years and have never had anything but the best experience. Friendly staff and prompt, helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

Ive used this service many times. Service is excellent. Drivers polite and excellent. Pick up and drop of excellent. Coaches clean and toilets very clean. I would definitely use them again.. no complaints from me. Thank you Big Green Coach. Keep up the good work.

The way there was good apart from the coach arriving late. However on the way back it was said to be back at the car park for the coach at 23:15 and the concert ended at 22.30 so we had plenty of time. We were sat waiting in the coach car park for an hour and 25 minutes before we left, all the other coaches had left at around 23:30 but we were told 12 more people were supposed to be coming on the coach and the driver was not keeping us updated he just stood outside in the car park ringing someone and talking to a worker so we do not know what was happening but it’s so disappointing as I had big plans the next day which I was now going to be tired for.

The concept of providing a direct coach is good but the management of the company I question.
I travelled to the Isle of Wight Festival from London. I found the driver’s to not be professional. No guidance provided for arrival times back in London. We were waiting at the port a number of hours in the Isle of Wight. I gave myself what I thought was plenty of time to catch a connecting train (pick up 12:30pm - onward train 6:30pm) we didn’t get into London until 6.30pm so I had to cancel and book a later train. I found the driver to drive erratically, speeding and breaking heavily. No I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again in the future.

The coaches to/from Vegan Camp Out arrived on time and were comfortable and air-conditioned. However, we were shocked to find out that the on-board toilet was not functional (for 4-5 hour long trips either way!) Thankfully the coach drivers were very accommodating and made a couple of rest stops for us, but it was still anxiety-inducing to know that we had to wait between, and if we had hit a traffic jam we would have been in trouble. To not have a toilet for such a long journey is ridiculous, taking into account basic human needs, medical conditions etc! I specifically emailed to ensure that it was functional on the return journey, and received a reply saying they always try to make sure they have an on-board toilet but, judging from what the drivers said to us, that is not true; it sounds like the company just can't be bothered to fix it/keep it working/clean it. Sort it out for the wellbeing of your customers, please; I definitely won't travel with Big Green Coach again because I'd be too worried about it.

Extremely disappointing service — would not recommend

Our experience with Big Green Coach was absolutely unacceptable. We were two hours late arriving at our festival, meaning we missed a significant part of the event we had paid to attend.

The journey from Bristol to Milton Keynes took around five hours, and the return journey took another four hours. We were also dropped off and collected from a random side street, which was extremely inconvenient and added to an already stressful experience.

Even worse, the behaviour of the driver towards female passengers was completely unacceptable. Passengers were sworn at, spoken to disrespectfully and degraded simply for being women. That is not behaviour anyone should have to tolerate from a service provider.

When we complained, rather than offering a fair resolution or acknowledging the seriousness of what happened, we were initially offered just £15 compensation TO USE WITH THEM, After making further complaints, this was increased to £27.50, but they have still refused to provide a full refund.

So £27.50 between two people after paying over double that for the coach and then the hundreds of pounds we paid for tickets to miss hours of it because of them!

Their justification is essentially that “we got you there and back.” That completely misses the point. Paying for transport does not mean the service was acceptable simply because we eventually reached our destination. We paid for a service that should have got us there in a reasonable timeframe and treated us with basic courtesy and respect.

Being hours late, spending nine hours travelling in total, being dropped off and collected from unsuitable locations, and experiencing unacceptable treatment from the driver is not what we paid for.

The response from Big Green Coach has been incredibly disappointing, and the £27.50 offered does not reflect the extent of the disruption and poor treatment we all experienced. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them.

Big Green Coach do better

Avoid Big Green Coach at all costs. They treat paying customers with utter contempt, and their staff are actively hostile and aggressive.I booked a return weekend ticket in August 2026. Day 1 was an absolute disaster. The outward journey was delayed, and the return journey was delayed by 50 minutes, meaning I didn't get home until 2:00 a.m. When passengers politely asked what was happening, a staff member claiming to be the boss ("Hugh") started shouting at us and aggressively threatened that we could "find our own way home" if we didn't like it. The driver, "Hussain," was equally insulting, sarcastically telling paying customers to "be quiet and patient" and mockingly telling us to buy a taxi if we thought we were "VIPs."To make matters worse, I have a severe knee injury (backed up by MRI scans). Hugh’s complete lack of organization and wrong directions forced me to walk an unnecessary, agonizing 2 miles through coach queues, destroying my knee.When I asked if Day 2 would face the same delays and hostility, the staff were dismissive. With no guarantee of safety or reliability, I could not travel on Day 2. Big Green Coach actually replied to my email admitting their staff and driver behavior was wrong and refunded 50% for Day 1. Yet, they are pocketing the money for Day 2, claiming I just "elected" not to go. It wasn't a choice; it was a direct result of their hostile, unsafe environment and the physical damage they did to my knee. Disgusting company. I am reclaiming my money via an HSBC chargeback.

Turned up exactly on time, bus was clean and the air-conditioning in that heat was a god send. No issues on journey or drop off, hour late departing but it was a music festival and in fairness cars took several hours just to get out the event do we did pretty well. Drivers on on both trips both professional and friendly

Booking side, no issues all easy. Decent price, decent luggage allowance, kept informed via email etc.

Would use them again

Brilliant service from start to finish. Coach arrived promptly at Reading to take us to Finsbury Park for Biffy Clyro, was already 3/4 full as it had picked up from Bristol first, arrived at Finsbury Park in plenty of time. The driver was friendly and helpful and was still cheerful when everyone, staggered back to the coach, knackered and hot onto the cool air conditioned coach, despite the traffic got us back to Reading safely. I’m so glad I booked this, I can’t imagine how crap it must’ve been trying to get a tube & train with thousands of others! I would definitely use Big Green Coach Co again

Everything that this company offered they delivered. Kept to timetable exactly, pick-up, drop-off & return. Drivers drove safely and were friendly. Coach lovely, clean and comfortable.
