Reported a fault with a fire on 1st Nov. Under the warranty, Mathew attended my address on 6th Nov and fixed the issue (changed circuit board) within 30 minutes.
Both Mathew and Katie provided great service all round.
Very pleased.

Awaiting delivery of our Panoramic 3DP fireplace. Special mention to Molly who made swift alternative arrangements for our delivery that was due to being delivered within 3 days and communicated well. Happy customer so far.

Visited the showroom twice this week and both times James really looked after us ,1st visit was to view the showroom and to get some information and advise , went away with the information i needed and was so happy with the service that i returned to purchase the fire i viewed. Great products and service from the team at Kirkby. We bought our fireplace from the team there and had it fitted in 2020. Had no issues until recently when the flames stopped working. Reported the issue to the team who arranged the repair with no hassle. Would highly recommend.

Where do I begin… oh yes it’s Monday morning I wake up flick on my bespoke fire then begin to make myself my routine cup of earl grey, nothing comes close to the peace and tranquility that this fire brings I feel like I’m in a log cabin in the snowy mountains of aspen if only one had a slay and husky’s instead of a ford fiesta. Anyway back on to the review. If anyone is questioning about what fire to buy it has to be one of these.. and if your unsure on what product to buy I’d recommend speaking to Sam who not only has the most in depth knowledge on the these products also has the best customer service skills in the northern hemisphere. This is the second time I have now shopped at Bespoke Fireplaces . If I could give more stars I certainly would .

Firstly I got first class guidance on which fire would suit best the space I have by Colin Campbell and on delivery it certainly was correct ..

Perhaps delivery never gets a mention but Jimmy and Leon they went above and beyond . Why ? Because my media wall was being built in my newly converted loft as a living space .. the stairs that these guys had to go up was very tight , winding and infact 2 levels up … they struggled with it but they didn’t give up . Imagine my disappointment if that fire was too big to get in the loft . Well these guys didn't give up . And hey ho with determination they got it in my loft .. So bravo to Bespoke Fireplaces for a fabulous experience from the start to finish and everything else inbetween .

I bought a panoramic fireplace in 2021 and the fire is amazing! The quality of the product to the customer service we have received has been 100%. I had a little problem last week where my fire stopped working (switching on) and as you can imagine I was freaking out. My warranty was out of date so I contacted bespoke fireplaces to explain the problem. Katie responded to my email so quickly and gave me 2 options. One was to renew my warranty for another year for £149 which they would send an engineer out and replace and fix part in which I thought was amazing as very little retailers offer this to you or I can get the part sent out for £12.99 and a video of how to replace the PCB board which was what the issue was. I opted for the 2nd option as my partner could carry out changing the board. Delivery was very quick and now I have my fire back working! such an company and amazing service! Thank you!!!

We were recommended to these. we are from Devon and they are Liverpool so had to go on what I was told . My goodness thank god I listened the fire is beautiful was delivered within a week and when the builder came to fit it he rung them just to have a chat and make sure he was correct in what he was doing . They were so helpful explaining everything he deals with a lot of people but he even said how helpful they were . Would highly recommend this company . You will not be disappointed

Exceptional customer service!

We ordered the Panoramic 1500 direct with Bespoke. Having researched their company online/ socials originally I loved what they were doing, the range they had and they were a British brand. We visitors a showroom and their fires didn’t disappoint and by far looked the best.
The day after we ordered, the Bank holiday discount kicked in and after a quick call they kindly honoured it.
The delivery was swift and easy with a helpful and careful delivery guy making sure it was stored safely. Can’t wait to get it fitted now!!

What a fantastic customer service from Bespoke Fireplaces. I have bought electric fire with marble surrounds, however after couple of months I have noticed few imperfections which can seem minor but were bothering me. After writing an email I promptly recieved a phone call to say replacement fire will be delivered and installed for me as they want me to be happy with it. I was really surprised as I didn't expect such a response. This was all arranged and done without any hustle at all within couple of weeks. I am now very happy with perfect fireplace that looks stunning. Exemplary company that I will recommend to everyone.
