What a fantastic customer service from Bespoke Fireplaces. I have bought electric fire with marble surrounds, however after couple of months I have noticed few imperfections which can seem minor but were bothering me. After writing an email I promptly recieved a phone call to say replacement fire will be delivered and installed for me as they want me to be happy with it. I was really surprised as I didn't expect such a response. This was all arranged and done without any hustle at all within couple of weeks. I am now very happy with perfect fireplace that looks stunning. Exemplary company that I will recommend to everyone.

A fantastic buy and quality is gorgeous, it’s a beautiful marble fireplace and will save us money on our dated gas fire. We installed it ourselves with a helping hand from Craig Philips tutorial.

We ordered the Lazio 1500 fireplace from Bespoke Fireplaces and from the initial ordering all the way to delivery our experience was a complete pleasure. The times quoted re manufacturing and delivery were met and the guys who brought it to us were polite, friendly and professional. The fire surround is absolute next level and looks superb, we honestly wouldn’t change anything. Jay Williams was our contact throughout and he was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We went on to order 7 marble shelves to match the suite and it was only a week later before they were sat there waiting and complete. Thank you Bespoke Fireplaces and Jay for a great experience, we’re thinking about another suite in another room so potentially see you very soon. Thanks again, Dave and Sam from Chorley.

From the outset, very good customer service, the phone was picked and straight away help was given. Clear information and a ready-to-help attitude - that was very calming to me as a customer. The two people I spoke with had similar professional approach to customer request. I highly recommend this company for their service. I'll use them again and again, and I'll definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Epitome of Customer Service!

Ordered a fireplace through Bespoke on a Black Friday offer to secure a deal, heading into the showroom after seeing a Facebook advert and being pretty local, it is always best to support a local business over an online company.

When the fireplace was delivered, I wished to swap it for another deal, with only that day to get it resolved as the quartz around the fireplace was about to be templated, so super last minute! Not only did Bespoke accommodate this, they did it immediately and everything was swapped before lunchtime that same day, going above and beyond!

In the midst of major renovations works and having terrible issues with a well known kitchen brand, what a pleasure it was to deal with Bespoke. I cannot thank them enough!

The builder's were so impressed with the fireplace, they will be getting many more future recommendations from both myself and from them! I cannot wait to show it off and spend time with friends and family enjoying it for many years to come 😀

In a world when so many places get bad press, great companies like these guys need to get the recognition for fantastic service that they truly deserve!

The service we have got from this company has been OUTSTANDING the Liverpool branch UNREAL I spoke to a young guy called JAY he helped me with my Enquirey got it all done there and then I only ordered my Panoramic S-700 on Monday and received it today Wednesday 3rd April perfect cannot fault the service 10 star SERVICE I’d say

From the showroom staff, to the delivery guys and finally through to Matty who fitted the fireplace was one of the best customer experiences I can remember (and I am not easily pleased). Everyone in the chain was brilliant and I cannot recommend all of them too highly. We are so happy with how the fireplace and the acoustic boards have transformed our room, so, a big thankyou from the both of us

From ordering our fireplace right through to delivery with Bespoke Fireplaces, the service has been outstanding. My daughter ordered it with Colin who was very helpful and we wasn’t ready for delivery as the room wasn’t ready. They kindly held it in their warehouse and then when we were ready to proceed, they booked us in. The guys who delivered it were friendly and professional. I can’t recommend Bespoke Fireplaces enough, nothing is too much trouble.

Katie in the service department was incredibly helpful. Responses were quick and clear.

I purchased a Pano electric fire from Bespoke fires which looks really good in my living room and the service i have received has been exceptional from start to finish .i spoke to Katie from customer services regarding a problem ,she organised an engineer nextday and problem was resolved ,everyone i have dealt with at Bespoke from when i purchased my Fire including engineers and people at your store have been a credit to your company and would recommend Bespoke to purchase a fire.Aftersales second to none.

Our fire was in need of repair, spoke with a very helpful Katie at Bespoke Fireplaces, she organised the repair, two of their employees came to our home and carried out the repair, they were polite and left the area clean and tidy. Thanks to all at Bespoke Fireplaces.

Superb service! I reported the fault with Katie, had an appointment set up within the week and the two engineers who attended this morning were excellent. Very respectful, friendly and professional. Fault fixed within 20 minutes! Absolutely delighted!

I bought the wooden wall panels, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough and their showroom was amazing!

Extended warranty great asset for customers.My fire was replaced.Notified of time engineer would call and received call 30mins before hand.Great customer service

I recently found my 'not so old' electric fire had stopped working after not using it for several months. Faced with the fact of spending several hundred pounds to replace it, I contacted Bespoke fires and they suggested, although well out of warranty, to buy an extended warranty. This I did and the fire was replaced quickly with the same model.
Excellent customer service with real pleasant people. Should be congratulated.

Visited the showroom today, lovely showroom, excellent choice of fires, great friendly service, explained all the different types of fires in stock, can't wait for our delivery of our new media wall fire. Definitely recommend.

Had a slight issue with the fire place that is now out of warranty. Rang the service desk on the Monday, and received all the help I needed. By Wednesday part arrived Fireplace back on and all working as if new. Very happy, and wife now happy. Thank you very much Katie and Bespoke Fireplaces
