Finally found a piece that was worthy of my brother's ashes.Took me 7 years to find something I liked and Belle Fever delivered.Also the missing piece necklace and keyring were beautiful.As was my free gift.On!y waited about a month to receive my custom jewelry. had the dream charm bracelet made for my daughter in memory of her angel baby it was made exquisitely I was kept informed during the whole process from placing my order to it being dispatched the charms that I ordered were all personlised which was extra special my daughter absolutely loved it as its a reminder of her daughter which she can wear and I love it as I can add charms to it on different occasions would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting memorable jewellery which the recipient can take a bit of comfort from couldn't recommend belle fever high enough

All about the money
The first time I used this company and I tell you it will deffo be the last. I paid £43 for an item that was due to be delivered on the 29th December. No update on the tracking since the 5th Jan. it has now been deemed as lost in transit. Everytime I messaged them for an update the response took 24hours every single time so it’s took me forever to get a resolution here. Then they said ah we’ll make you a new one and send it to you. No good now when it was a Christmas present and I bought it in plenty of time to be delivered for Christmas. So I asked for a refund several times to then be told we will put your £43 as a credit onto your account. I said after the palarva I’ve had this time I will never be ordered from you again so please send me a refund. They then have the ordasity to turn around and charge me 10% for cancelling the order. I am just lost for words. I will never receive a full refund for an item that I never received which was lost in transit so I should never had lost 10% on my refund for this. I mean I still haven’t received my refund yet. They say it will take 2 days but I am very doubtful. I would never order from this company again due to their disgusting level of customer service and lack of care for their customers.

Hi Joanne, we are sorry to hear of your experience. We almost didn't find your order details as your review is under a different name but I noticed the issue we have been communicating about previously.
As mentioned in my previous replies, we do not have control over postage and even with using a large shipping company DHL, your package still has no update as can be seen here https://track.aftership.com/trackings?courier=uk-mail&tracking-numbers=31273810262696 we have tried to chase them and they have not responded to us at all.
We didn't want to prolong this for you so we decided to refund you, and have processed your refund which a confirmation email will be sent once its completed. We have done this in good faith as DHL has not confirmed it is lost or responded to us. We would normally have to wait until an investigation is completed and a parcel is indeed deemed as lost but we did not want you to wait for that. We always reply messages and try to do it within 24 hours as other messages also do come in.
While I do understand your frustration, we do not have control over postage and have created your order as promised as can be seen in the sneak pic provided to you here https://www.screencast.com/t/28EX0OVCypE3 we always make sure our customer receive their order. I have also sent you a message if you could kindly check and reply. Thank you
Excellence during covid and holiday
My experience with this company has been fantastic. I ordered two customizable necklaces and I was contacted within the day by a specialist to go over my specifications and design. Then after working on it, they contacted me again with a picture of how it would look like. They were also very understanding about putting it to rush order and my mother was able to open it for New Years. She was very pleased and was moved to tears.

Amazing Necklace
I ordered a family tree necklace for a friend about 5 weeks before Christmas. It became apparent that the process to create the piece was going to take a little longer than I had anticipated. But that said Belle Fever kept in touch and answered every question I had. Then there were issues DHL delivering so I knew it wasn’t going to come in time. I spoke to my friend and told her it is worth the wait because if the reviews of the company I purchased her gift from. When it arrived a few days later she was absolutely thrilled and so was I. So much so that I ordered one for myself with the discount voucher Belle Fever offered. I can’t wait to receive my necklace. Their stuff is amazing and I will certainly be ordering again.

Remembrance Bracelet
I have been looking for a remembrance Bracelet to wear always for a few years ever since I lost both my parents. I came across Belle Fever and liked what I saw so I ordered a bracelet from them. When it arrived I was so made up it's beautiful so well crafted by hand I will cherish it always and would recommend Belle Fever highly.

Belle Fever has been hands down the BEST customer experience EVER. The personal interaction/care was outstanding- blew my mind from the moment I made the purchase...it shocked me. The quality of my sister in laws gift was more than I could ever imagine. Infact, I feel that the price I paid was under the quality of the necklace. The most beautiful gift I could ever have bought. I bought my partner a photo dog tag with a picture of his late dad. Seeing his face when he opened it was amazing. The detail in the photo was perfect. Came in a little pouch and information on how to care for the chain. Very impressed. I am definitely buying again.
