Gaslighting Professionals
They tried to Gaslight me by telling me I was wrong after they sent the wrong sized ring and despite me proving it (I even ran it through Ai programs to get measurements which confirmed they were wrong, which they also seem to use themselves) before they just completely ignored me and never responded, they also had an Ad that was intentionally a LIE aswell saying "Place an order by X date and you'll recieve it before Mothers Day" it arrived weeks after the Ad claimed it would (which is ILLEGAL to do in Australia)
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, they have no morals, values or even basic customer service skills and think that they're right about everything despite being proven wrong, so they will just Gaslight you to try and make it seem like they are correct.
I would give 0 stars if I could
Update : In their response Below they claimed to have "emailed" me it's now just on 5.27pm, I've checked my Emails 7 times today and have recieved NOTHING from them, Their response just confirms them Gaslighting me, they also claimed they provided "evidence" it was a ruler ontop of a ring, then they photoshopped my original photo and put a FAKE "Size 11" on it to try and gaslight me even more.

When you contacted us regarding the ring size, we carefully reviewed the information and measurements provided and explained how the ring corresponded with the size selected on your order. While your assessment differed from ours, our intention was never to dismiss your concerns but rather to explain how we reached our findings.
Most importantly, we didn't stop at providing information. We also offered a resize solution and allowed you to keep the original ring as a goodwill gesture, as our goal has always been to help you receive a piece that you can comfortably wear and enjoy.

We also attempted to contact you via Facebook; however, our message was unfortunately not delivered due to a Facebook messaging error. I sent for replacement bands & I could not have had better service from Belle Fever. I was kept informed all through with my package, on its journey to me here in the UK. No complaints at all.
I just wish they had a distribution centre here in the UK as they have had previously.

Portable Dad (mini urn)
I ordered a mini urn to keep some of my dad’s ashes in and take him with me. I call him Portable Dad. We toast him at bars, take him to baseball games. I love feeling that he is still with me. The craftsmanship is amazing! Thank you!

Lovely ballerina jewellery music box
Absolutely in love with the ballerina jewellery music box I received, communication was always fast and helpful, my mother bought this as a baby shower present for my little girl, such a lovely keepsake that will be treasured for years to come, I always wanted one as a child so very happy my daughter will have one, lovely swan lake music very happy.

Amazingly beautiful jewellery and staff
Every year, I am always wanting to give a gift for my loved ones and Belle Fever is always my to go. Belle Fever never ceased to amaze me with this beautiful, elegant designs. I'm so glad I came across Bellefever - I live in the US and my mum lives in Australia. Was looking for something meaningful for her for Christmas and kept finding companies either way out of my price range, or wouldn't deliver to her. Fantastic company. They were super accommodating and efficient. Nothing was too big for them. Communication was brilliant, warm and compassionate. You felt looked after. This company understands good service and good quality of product, made with care and love. We purchased a mini urn with a photo embedded into the lid, of my late brother. The workmanship is fantastic. We also needed the mini urn, asap and they made this happen. I will definitely use this company again, with no hesitation. These are too perfect! They love their gifts
These came out so perfect! My bestie loved her charm for her bracelet as it has her son’s name on it. And now she wants more personalized charms.
The heart necklace is a reminder for me. The words mean a lot. And I will always wear this necklace. Got the cute knot bangle to match.
My sister loved her enough necklace and to my surprise they were able to add her name to the message card and it meant a lot to her when she was reading it.
My mom loved her name necklace. She always wanted on and now she is going crazy lol.

Mini urn
I ordered a mini urn with engraving from Bellefever and I can't tell you how amazing the finished product came out. Though smaller than I anticipated it did not take anything away from the engraved picture and writing. Bellefever was very responsive and made sure to confirm everything before performing the work.

Beautiful Necklace
I have bought a few pieces of jewellery from belle fever and they all have been lovely but this necklace I wanted made had 12 names to add so wasn’t sure it it could be done so I asked belle fever to suggest something which they did and put all 12 names on and designed the layout which was done on layout design number 2, 8 names on the tree with the word family on the tree trunk then 5 names which were my grandchildren around the washer it was a Christmas present to myself it arrived very quickly before Christmas it was beautifully packed and now I have all my family close to my heart everyday. Highly recommended, Thank you Belle Fever.
