A lovely personalised experience where you can clearly see the expertise and care behind the process of quality customised jewellery design. It is more expensive than other studios but the quality craftsmanship and the fact our rings were made entirely in Australia were the main drawcards for us. Thank you Alex and the rest of the team at Larsen.

Jacinta was phenomenal. Very understanding, fun, knowledgeable and insightful. She made a huge effort to help us create some options. Went to many of the top stores across the city and the care she took we did not experience in any other store and she was definitely the reason why we chose Larsen for our custom engagement ring.

When I first walked in, I honestly had no idea what I wanted. Phoebe was incredibly patient and took the time to help me narrow down my style and figure out what I loved. Throughout the whole process, I came back with different ideas, changes and revisions, and Phoebe was always so understanding, helpful and accommodating.

She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and enjoyable, and I always felt listened to and supported. The final ring is honestly better than I could have ever imagined. It is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t love it more.

I’m so grateful to Phoebe for bringing my vision to life and for making the whole experience so special. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Jacinta was incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. What stood out the most, however, was her phenomenal knowledge of gemstones, quality ring-making and passion.
