Celeste was incredible throughout the process of getting my parnter's engagement ring designed and created. She was very knowledgeable and informative, and communicated updates frequently. Excellent service, I would highly recommend Celeste and Larsen to anyone!

My fiance proposed to me with a custom ring made by the wonderful team at Larsens, and 3years later we decided to get our wedding bands made by them too. The quality is outstanding and the service always professional and courteous. Many thanks to Rod and Alex who were always ready to promptly answer our questions via email, and keeping us informed about estimated times. We are very happy with our timeless pieces!

Hubby and I decided to try our luck with a same day appointment at the Melbourne store, being from regional vic we thought it couldn't hurt to ask.
The staff were very accommodating!
We sat down with Alex within the hour and discussed what we were looking for, and tried on what I feel like was every ring in the cabinet. We discussed shapes, stones and fit with my current rings.
It was such a lovely experience compared to the usually hustle and bustle of chains, it was quiet and family friendly!
For the making process and delivery it was 10 days early! As promised a delivery confirmation was sent first and I was lucky enough to be home for delivery!
The packaging was exceptional and the handwritten note just gave it that extra warmth.

Larsen provided a fantastic service. We were very lucky to be helped by the amazing Fleur for our engagement ring. From the first consultation we had up until I collected the ring, she made us feel extremely valued and that they really cared about our ring.

She was extremely accommodating as we supplied our own diamond and took all my partner's concerns into consideration when designing our engagement ring. The ring turned out perfect and we would glady go back for any ring services.

We walked off the street and were lucky enough to have an appointment made with Jacinta the same day to discuss creating an engagement ring. We found Jacinta easy to work with she has a great way of working with you to create a personalised ring. Our budget was considered and she worked within this to create a truly beautiful ring that is one of a kind.

I worked with Celeste at Larsen Jewellery to design and create an engagement ring, and the whole experience was genuinely excellent.

I came in with photos of another ring as inspiration, and she patiently guided me through every step explaining diamond options, proportions, sizing, and design details in a way that felt clear rather than overwhelming. At no point did I feel pressured instead it felt collaborative, like we were working on the concept together.

What really stood out was how helped create something unique and personal. The final ring is spectacular, elegant and beautifully balanced. I couldn’t be happier with it, and most importantly my fiancée absolutely adores it.

Fleur designed what will become a family treasure in regards to jewellery. From an idea and scrap pieces of paper the neck lace with all the families birth stones that I presented to my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary got me back in the good books. My wife loves it and wears it all the time.We will be back to add more stones as the family grows

When looking for a jeweller to purchase an engagement ring a few years ago, I chose Larsen because of their reputation and they didn't disappoint. Celeste was amazingly helpful throughout the process of selecting and desgining an engagement ring. We were so happy with the outcome and the service that we came back to get our wedding bands and decided to make our own with the wedding ring workshop experience offered by Larsen. Not only did we have heaps of fun, but we've ended up with something incredibly personal to us. I'd highly recommend this to everyone!

I came to Celeste at Larsen with some family heirloom stones and no idea what I wanted. Celeste was quickly able to guide me, show me a multitude of options and assist me in making a decision.

The ring itself came out amazing my partner is in love with it and it’s a really unique one of a kind piece.

The ring was slightly to big but we came back and the ring was resized perfectly within 10 days with no extra cost.

I do and would recommend Larsen and Celeste to anyone who is in the market for an engagement ring or special piece of jewellery.

We had come to Larsen because my partner liked the mokume design, and it turned out beautifully.

Jacinta was our jeweller, and they are the best. From our first pre-consultation phone call to receiving the final product, it was a seamless experience.

Our brief was to create my partner's ring. He wanted it to echo my ring, which had leafy elements in the design. Jacinta is an excellent guide and was able to make suggestions and recommendations to my partner. The ring suits him handsomely, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

Lulu was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Came in not really knowing how the process worked, but she took the time to explain everything and provided guidance every step of the way. Her knowledge and patience made the experience enjoyable, and together we designed a stunning ring.

I bought the diamond necklace and a couple of pairs of earrings. We didn’t have an appointment and were told we were unable to browse by a very rude woman, but one of the jewellers said he’d help us and we purchased from him. The necklace has been a disappointment as it twists and you are looking at the back of diamonds half the time. I emailed Larsen and asked if it could be made into something else eg a bracelet and was told I’d need to submit drawings and I’d have to come up with the design or they couldn’t help me. I’ll probably sell it on eBay as Larsen did not want to alter it for me.

I first visited Larsen Jewellery in Melbourne when searching for an engagement ring and was so impressed with the service that we also purchased our wedding rings there. After moving to Brisbane, I was delighted to find their store here as well, and over several purchases. mainly with Georgia, the service has consistently been outstanding: attentive, professional, never pushy, and always tailored to exactly what I was looking for. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
