Amazing necklace
I got an infinity necklace with my 4 children's names and birthstones on. I have not 1 bit of negative to say about the necklace or the company. Excellent quality and value for money. I will definitely be doing more orders in the very near future

Either a Scam or just truely terrible!! No information on order times even in confirmation email so asked to cancel three minutes after purchase but they wouldn't allow. They said they would put my order on a priority list but then it passed the priority time and way beyond even standard timeline. No reply to email so had to cancel with bank and was thankfully reimbursed two months down the line. Then they email me with a photo of the 'completed product' (maybe just computer generated?) saying they will post it and the money will be reversed which of course I wasn't very happy with by this point. I recieve an email saying its been shipped and still never received almost another three weeks later. There clearly was never a product at all three months later. Would avoid at all costs.
EDIT IN REPLY: You replied to say I couldn't cancel before the reply to say my order was even accepted so you can't tell me it was being worked on within minutes. Terrible practice lying to customers.
You yourself advised me the usual time line was 5 weeks, I was put on the priority list apparently and 6 weeks later I cancelled the order through my bank as I hadn't heard anything. Then and only then did you quickly send an image.
You emailed confirming shipping and explaining the bank would reimburse you if the product was recieved and genuine but YET ANOTHER LIE, as you now state it never left you.
Thank goodness I saught help from my bank and was able to order another present for my friend although it was far too late.
Shocking customer service.

I can see that you placed an order and requested for it to be cancelled when we had already started working on your order. We had advised you of this and still offered assistance. Our timeline is displayed all over our website and you are emailed of updates as well as our timeline for our handcrafting process as we hand cut and create all our designs from scratch. As discussed we did place your order in priority and completed it before our stated timeline. I apologise if this still didn't feel fast enough for you, however, we can not compromise on quality and make sure that each design still undergoes each process that is required.
I can also confirm that your order was not sent as your order is not paid for and the funds are refunded back to you, we had advise you of this and provided a sneak pic which is an actual photo of your order and not a "computer generated" one you have accused us of. We have already spent materials, time and even paid for postage ready to send your order but had held your order as payment had not been made for it. As mentioned, we are happy to send your order once payment has been made. I have sent you an email to assist your further in regards to your concerns, if you could kindly check. Thank you

I bought two cylinder keepsake necklaces for my brother and I. I got the one with the wing charm. They’re amazing, I’m so happy to have something special for my father to have with me at all times. Love this place
Love this place, bought a bracelet for my partner and it was beautiful, I loved it and she loved it. Would definitely shop here again. ***** and would definitely recommend. Not too pricey either. I Have caught the bellefever as I love it.

I was given a keyring with my…
I was given a keyring with my grandchildrens photo and their names on little ppl attached to it. I purchased the rest of my grandchildren and added them. I then purchased a bracelet with my whole family on it. I'm rapt. It was done quickly and the price was great. I was so excited to receive both pieces. Very well made and I will continue to buy more. I ordered a chain for my sons…
I ordered a chain for my sons girlfriend as a present for her 16th birthday and it was a Angle in my heart necklace and it was in remembrance of her uncle who had past a year prior. Every step of the way they keep me informed.which I thought was amazing they told me how long it was going to take and there prices aren't bad.when the necklace arrived it was absolutely beautiful and it looked really expensive plus the box it comes in plus they send a bellefever bag which was gorgeous all round brilliant for the price.I would highly recommend buying of Bellefever cause I will be ordering from them again.

Bad experience with belle fever
Bad experience with belle fever. I placed an order and all seemed fine to begin with they sent me an imagine of how my order would look, when it arrived it was poorly designed and nothing like the image they sent me. I emailed them saying I am unsatisfied with my purchase to which they replied which I thought yeah great. Then I replied back to them and asked for a refund and I would return the item, to which I’ve heard nothing back.
