Ordered the bracelet with name bands on and chose the white band and rose gold name band and was extremely impressed and happy when the bracelet arrived.
It was packaged and presented beautifully and I could not recommend this family concern highly enough.

Exceeded my already high expectations❤️
This has undoubtabley been been a very challenging year for my family, we've had alot of heartache, however my oldest daughter turning 18 I wanted to get something extra special, I looked online and noticed a company who specialise in personalised jewellery and decided to go with them and get her a keepsake piece of jewellery. From designing the piece to the minute it was dropped off at my door the experience was awesome, fabulous communication and the final product had blew me away its honestly exceeded my expectations it's unique, gorgeous and quirky, all words I would use when talking about my daughter, who happens to love it just se much as I do. I will be 100% using Belle Fever again. I'd just like to thank the ladies involved in this creation and also let everyone else know what a stress free, lovely experience it was, if you're not sure whether to buy any of their products please don't hesitate you and the recipient of the piece will be over the moon in love with the final product

Received my order and more than happy with it had a bit of anxiety with some miscommunication which was mostly i now know down to the courier company giving me the wrong information. And as I couldn't get hold of anyone for answers it did trigger my anxieties. But they contacted me by phone and explained as they were in Australia obvious there is a time delay . I didn't realise they were in Australia now I understand why they were taking so long to answer. Anyway they made my order from scratch personalised it shipped it and delivered all within 3 weeks which is more than I was expected. I know my husband will love it and I will definitely be using them in the future. Just consider the time difference when communicating with them unlike me

It was and is more than I could have hoped for! It’s beautiful, well crafted, perfect, and is cherished by my daughter! When I gave it to her, she read the card first. I wrote, now your Steven will be with you always! She got emotional. Opened and seen the necklace and burst into happy tears. She thought I forgot to order it. But that’s what I wanted. Awful experience
Still don’t understand how this website is still up!
They are overcharging for all the product that they sell that you can easily find for way cheap in other websites!
Also not very clear where are they based .... Australia or UK , everything is very confusing hence is a scam!
Anyway my order never arrived and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t as it was a customised item! Glad I managed to get a refund through the bank!
If you want the same product check Aliexpress website;)

Your order has been completed as can be seen from your sneak pic here http://bit.ly/3rithHh. We have also sent out your order in November as can be seen from this tracking link https://tracking.dpd.de/status/en_US/parcel/15502906105781. Our workshop is located in Australia, however we do have distribution centres in the UK which is mentioned on our website. While your order was in transit, all delivery companies shut down delivery to European countries which was out of our control, this is the announcement they made about the suspension which was effective immediately http://bit.ly/2YJBTu9, they have informed us that they recently reopened where your package will be resent to you.
I can assure you that our quality is nothing like Aliexpress and when you receive it, you will see this. We are not a scam as we always make sure all our customers receive their order, even if things are out of our control such as all delivery companies stopping delivery to European countries from the UK. While I understand your frustration, there is no need to accuse us of being a scam where there is nothing that would indicate that as we always make sure our customers receive their orders and are always contactable for any issues.
As mentioned your order is being resent as the delivery company notified us and we will continue to follow your package to make sure of it.
I have also sent you a message if you could kindly check and reply. Thank you

Very happy with my order
It's excellent for me, the quality of the product and the friendly communication with Bellefever. I am very happy with the 2 necklaces. This is my belated Xmas gift to my sisters. As soon I received it, I video chat with my sisters and shown it to them and they loved it. They can't wait to have it. I am very happy with the ring as well, fits perfectly and really looks lovely on my finger. Would highly recommend it to others.
