Had an amazing experience with Steve. Was highly impressed by his professional customer service, and the way he was willing to patiently give of his time to explain useful tips to get the best out of my purchase to me. At the end my set up was great, and was feeling very comfortable and happy with everything. Brilliant.

Once the assessment was organised by my employer I received communication quickly and it was organised to visit my home address where I usually work from. The assessor arrived before my appointment time, was very polite and helpful, providing information of what was required as the process went along. The quotation arrived quickly after the visit. I can't comment on the chair itself yet as this has not been received.

The chair has a wheel that is a bit stuck but I presume that it needs some oil or silicone only, can you recommend what to apply?

Excellent Service. I order regularly with Back Care Solutions. Its easy to order and i get delivery within a few days. If i need to speak to someone they come back to me within a couple of hours and are always polite and helpful

The process was really easy in terms of booking an appointment and sharing photo's/form filling in advance of the appointment. The appointment itself was on time and efficient, the gentleman that I had my appointment with (Adam) was professional, courteous, pleasant and also patient whilst explaining the various equipment options to me. They also went the extra mile and offered me a visit to their showroom to view the equipment and try it out to see which options might work best for me.

In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BCS.

I needed a repair and an alteration to my work chair.

Back Care Solutions:
- Arranged a convenient date for an engineer to come to my work site and repair the chair.
- When it couldn't be repaired on-site, they took the chair away and kept me informed with a date the chair would be returned.
- Returned my chair fully repaired like new with the alteration completed.
- Followed up with me afterwards to make sure the chair has been comfortable to use since.

The initial assessment carried out by the technician was very thorough and well conducted. I am very pleased with the quality of the assessment. The technician was courteous, clear, professional, and helpful. It gave me the confidence that everything will be handled properly, setting up a clear plan for the setup.

The setup: Again, the engineer was courteous. He did an excellent job setting up the equipment and took the time to explain how to use the chair and desk settings. His clear guidance and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.

Friendly assessments and really helpful ways of setting up office equipment and practical advice on suitable chairs, keyboards etc to ease disability pain.
