Back Care Solutions Anmeldelser

The training was for use of 'read and write'. It was very comprehensive and there was plenty of time given for me to explore the uses and gain confidence. William had a friendly approach, he explained things well and was able to answer my questions.

Back Care Solutions assessed my workstation and my sitting posture for my back pain. The specialist thoroughly reviewed my desk setup, chair, posture, and overall ergonomics. The new chair that was supplied has significantly reduced my discomfort, and the footrest suggestion has also been very effective. "Excellent practical support."

The assessor really understood my needs, he was very polite and explained the whole process to me. I felt very helped in expressing my needs to support me with equipment at work.

Fantastic company, very organise and helpful - looked after eveything.

I was particularly impressed with their help in doing a Zoom call to help set up my new chair.

Highly recommended

From the original booking through to delivery the process was seamless. Every agent was top class and a real willingness to help. A special thank you to the delivery driver who went out of his way to set everything up and help me understand what to do going forward.

The technician who came to swop my seat base to the coccyx cut out base (as it had been omitted on the order form), was excellent & made sure the chair was set up exactly how I needed it to support my back & coccyx pain. He showed me how to make any adjustments I might need to make. He ensured it met my needs. He took the time & attention to ensure I was happy with & satisfied with the seat positioning & adjustments before leaving. I was very grateful for this personal support & feel very pleased with the level of comfort achieved now using the chair & the decreased pain levels.
Thanks you.

From point of ordering to delivery and even through to aftersales communication has been great! Paul Delaney the delivery driver was friendly and helpful, he showed me how to adjust my new chair and gave me advice of other products that could help. When I enquired about another product, I was referred to the sales team(Dennis) who contacted me promptly, supplied details of suitable product and dealt with my order in a timely manner. I have been very impressed with the efficiiency and customer service from this company
