We take great pride in the quality of our products and the service we offer to every customer, and we believe it’s important to address this review with full transparency for the benefit of others.

The customer in question received a bed that was exactly as shown and described on our website. The photographs she later submitted to us, clearly confirming that the product matches the online images — in both design and finish. There were no faults or defects that would justify a return based on product failure or misrepresentation.

Despite this, the customer demanded a full return and refund. We were told this was due to a “change of mind,” which falls outside our standard returns policy, especially for made-to-order or large furniture items. However, in the spirit of goodwill, we agreed to arrange a collection at our own cost — even though no fault was found with the product.

What followed was a pattern of behaviour that has been deeply disappointing. Our couriers made multiple attempts to collect the item, only to be turned away by the customer, who repeatedly insisted on keeping the bed while simultaneously continuing to demand a refund. It is not possible — nor ethical — to issue a refund for a product that remains in the customer’s possession.

Furthermore, the customer adopted a consistently aggressive and hostile attitude towards our support staff throughout the process. Our team remained professional, courteous, and cooperative at all times, despite being subjected to unnecessary verbal hostility. We take the well-being of our staff seriously and do not tolerate abusive behaviour.

In addition to this, the customer attempted to leverage threats, intimidation, and negative online reviews in order to force a refund, even while declining to return the product. Such tactics are not only unfair but undermine the very idea of honest customer feedback. This pattern has raised serious concerns, and we are currently reviewing the matter further through appropriate channels.

We want to reassure all current and future customers that:

Our products are manufactured to a high standard, and we stand behind them completely.

We always act fairly, reasonably, and in line with our policies — which are clearly stated at the point of purchase.

We handle all customer concerns with professionalism and aim to resolve matters amicably where possible.

We will never compromise our integrity due to threats or pressure tactics.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel this way and want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously.

After checking on our end, we were unable to locate your order based on just a first name, which is why we initially could not identify the purchase when the complaint was made on Trustpilot. We always require an order reference or more complete details to properly investigate any issue.

That said, once we were able to match the order, we reviewed the case thoroughly. The bed that was delivered matches the product shown in our official studio photos, and we stand by the accuracy of the images on our website. We understand that preferences can change, and although the bed was used for over two weeks, we still offered a return option in good faith.

As with any company, we do follow a standard returns policy, particularly in cases of change of mind after use, and we applied this fairly in your case.
