Just received my new bed from this company. Excellent customer service team who allowed me to change my order once confirmed. The bed is made to last, extremely good quality and very similar in comparison to high street bed retailers at half the price. Delivery and assembly was quick and efficient. Overall excellent shopping experience!

I ordered my sofa from here and I couldn't have been more happy about it. The customer services team were amazing and helped me throughout the way. My new sofa looks amazing and so comfy ! thank you so much guys absolutely amazing xx

My daughter recently purchased a super King bed from here making it our second purchase and I honestly cannot stop admiring it. Even better than the photos online. The plush finish looks luxurious and the overall build feels solid and sturdy.
It's one of those purchases where you instantly feel you've made the right choice.
From the very beginning the whole experience with the company has been excellent. The website was easy to navigate making the ordering process simple and stress free. Any questions we had along the way were quickly answered which was incredibly helpful and convenient. Their responses were friendly knowledgeable and reassuring

IGNORE THEIR FAKE GOOD REVIEWS. AZEENA ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

Spent almost £2k on the superking cloud bubble bed and paid for a courier service (Andrews courier) to put it together - who came in and damaged our home bringing the frame up the stairs. When reporting this to Azeena they said it was not their problem this happened and that they had told us to move all items before delivery - we didn’t even get any delivery update email with when our bed would be delivered, let alone be told that we had to move anything - plus what they damaged was a large heavy artwork on our staircase wall which was very high up and not easy to remove.

Once put together we realised the bed looked NOTHING like the photos and videos online. Azeena were absolutely disgusting in their responses to us, telling me I’m a liar and that the bed is the same one. Then to counteract that they said they have professional stylists who make their beds look “different” to how they looked at home. I wish trustpilot let you upload photos as I could show you the huge discrepencies in what images they show you and what turned up, it’s laughable.

Luckily I paid through Klarna initially so paused my payments whilst Klarna investigated. After back and forth emails and them speaking to me in the rudest way possible and refusing to do anything, I told them I was applying to small claims court. Azeena basically said “bring it on” with regards to small claims court but funnily enough just the other day I got a refund of my initial payment from Klarna who also cancelled me having to pay any further to Azeena.

I’m sure Azeena will say this is a “fake” review as they have done with any negative ones they get. But for those of you, like myself, who ended up in this mess with a hideous bed that isn’t worth the “bespoke” title they gave it - take them to small claims, I guarantee you will win!!

Also even the measurements of our bed were not matching up with what was posted online so Azeena knew it would never hold up in court.

This review will receive a passive aggressive response or no doubt they’ll claim that I’m not a customer - then it will be lost in the flood of “good” reviews that they add themselves. This is just a warning to those who may end up in the situation I was - take them to court (it’s a fraction of what you’ve paid for the bed) and get your money back!!!

This company deserves to be shut down!!

We are very pleased with our new bed. We ordered the Cloud bubble bed in super king size and we couldn't be more happier with it. Looks fantastic and the quality is second to none. Our order was held on our request as the decorators pushed the completion forward. Which wasn't a problem at all. Super happy with how we were treated and with the bed itself. Would absolutely recommend.

A well deserved 5 star service!
We were thinking it would take a while for our bed to come but it arrived sooner than expected! We were kept in loop throughout the entire process and even on the day of our bed and mattress being delivered the drivers stayed in touch from the morning and even called closer to the time of delivery to ensure we were here.
They were polite, friendly and professional.
For the bed itself, it is everything I thought it would be if not better. The fabric, the feel, the sturdiness everything is on point and the attention to detail was second to none.
I will definitely be using Azeena again for our future furniture purchases.

First class customer service and our Cloud sofa is perfect. We have had sooo many compliments since we have had it from family and friends and one of them looking for a sofa herself has gone ahead and placed her order as well. 10/10 for product quality, speed of delivery and service overall.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

They have ripped me off and not even answering, beds do not look anything like the pictures at all. Cheap material, my 5 year old son could make a better bed. Cheap craftsmanship and to make it worse their customer service is so unprofessional.

I have tried to contact them once delivered and now they have repeatedly blocked me on WhatsApp and not replying back to my emails. There are 7 other customers also in the same situation and have reported this to the financial ombudsman.

2 months no delivery no contact no bed - landline goes to an o2 mobile no one phones back - this is a scam company - I wonder if they are even a real business - impossible to get hold of - paid in full and zero response or delivery

An amazing experience from start to finish.
Communication was excellent from the time of placing our order to having it delivered to us. Sarah was super helpful in giving updates and helping us get our fabric swatches. The drivers who arrived were really friendly and professional, delivered and assembled the bed within 50 mins. I will definitely use this company again.

We searched tirelessly for the perfect sofa and finally stumbled across this company. They had the EXACT and most perfect sofa ever! We requested our fabric swatches which we surprisingly received within 2 days ( excellent service right there from the get to )
Placed our order and viola! It was here in 3 weeks! I couldn’t be more happier on how excellent the sofa looked and how comfy it felt. Absolutely over the moon and would 1000% recommend them to all

Cloud bed is everything we ever hoped for. Beautiful looking sofa made to our bespoke dimensions and looks so much better than we had expected it to be. We had our fabric samples in hand so that was an easy choice to make. Delivery only took 3 weeks and it looks amazing.

Just placed the order for a sofa now based on my previous experience with this company. Can't wait to receive my beautiful sofa now! Fingers crossed!

I had a really great experience with Azeena from start to finish. I ordered a bed while I was in the middle of moving house, so timing was really important to me. I even reached out to their customer support on a Saturday to double-check delivery, and they got back to me straight away and put my mind at ease.
The bed didn’t just arrive on time it actually arrived earlier than expected, which was such a nice surprise. I was kept updated throughout the whole process from the moment I placed the order, so I always knew what was going on.
The bed itself is fantastic quality and exactly as described. Brilliant customer service, clear communication, and a great product overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Azeena to anyone.

Bed ordered 16/05/25 after seeing an advertisement for 10 day delivery (confirmed order number can be provided).

26/05 - Emailed Azeena to ask where my order was - no response
28/05 - Further email asking where my best was - reply recieved to state delivery would be 09/06/25. This of course falls outside of the advertised 10 day window (even if it were working days, its over 3 weeks).
28/05 - Emailed Azeena to state i was not happy with the delivery timeline as it went against lead time promised by ads.
29/05 - Azeena replied to ask if it would be appropriote for them to check with other couriers to deliver my bed quicker than 09/06.
29/05 - i replied accepting the offer.
30/05 - Azeena emailed me to confirm the bed would be delivered 'next week as a gesture of good will'. Which i didnt understand as it should have been delivered in that time frame anyway, as advertised. This would mean the bed was delivered sometime week commencing 02/06.
02/06 - I asked for tracking information
03/06 - I was told the courier would be contacting me on the delivery date with confirmed time slot.
04/06 - emailed Azeena to indicate i heard nothing from courier - no reply
05/06 - emailed Azeena to indicate i heard nothing from courier - no reply
06/06 - emailed Azeena to indicate i heard nothing from courier - no reply
09/06 - emailed Azeena to indicate i heard nothing from courier. Also stating i had reached out to my credit card provider to claim refund as i had no contact from courier or Azeena. So assumed i had been scammed.
09/06 - as if by magic, Azeena replied to me stating the bed was out for delivery.
09/06 - I replied asking if the bed was coming or being returned - no reply
09/06 - I sent another email asking if the bed was coming or being returned - Azeena replied to tell me the delivery was being cancelled because of the disputed payment and they instructed the courier not to delivery the bed.

I then did not reply to that email and considered the case closed. So at no point have i asked for a free bed or been dishonest.

The order was made 16/05, missed the 10 day delivery window and was planned for delivery 09/06 which i said was no use to me. They then said it would be expediated and delivered sooner (W/C 02/06). As you can see above, this did not happen.

In the mix of all this. I must have tried to contact the phone number in the email signature and posted online in excess of 10 times. With no luck. I am happy to provide trust pilot with all email correspondance if necessary to ensure open and fair review.

UPDATE- Azeena making false claims I requested a free bed. In fact that would’ve been pointless to me as I’d have nowhere to put it having already ordered another bed from a different company, after submitting my dispute with my credit card provider.
I can’t reply and prove Azeena wrong as it could breach trust pilots regulations in mentioning employees names and risking my review being taken down.

Azeena did everything they could to get my 1 star review removed for the terrible customer serevice i recieved. It was removed because i named an employee who i had issue with at the company, by trust pilot.
I am putting my review back here to ensure people are aware of this companys fault.

I ordered a bed and the customer service was shocking . Moved the delivery date multiple times, told me it was shipped when it wasnt and in the end i had to seek help from my credit card comapny to revoke the transation. When that happened, they finally reached out!

Bought the cloud bed and I’ve been hating this bed since we got it. The bed is nothing like the photos on their website. Finishes and padding are mediocre. The bed already dips in the middle after just a couple of months. But the real scam is that they offer a refund with a 40% restocking fee and a £150 with no exceptions. We decided to keep the bed but I’ve been regretting ordering from them since then.

Website was easy to use, customer service communication was good and timely and even though the bed took a while to arrive it is high quality and stunning!

Amazing experience and service. Quality of the bed is amazing, beautiful colour, exactly how it looks in pictures. Amazing service too. Would definitely recommend
