Love my bed, very solid and luxurious bed, fitted on the day I chose and was assembled by the guys. I would recommend

Workmanship very poor looks like it was made in the dark during a snow blizzard.
They Do not answer emails or phone
Got a phone call saying it was being delivered on wednesday but arrived on a thursday.
Wouldnt take it up to flat despite being told that customer was disabled yet they refused to do so.
Wish id read reviews before buying.
Lesson learnt not to order anthin again.

I’m really pleased with my new bed from We Make Beds. From choosing my bed through to receiving it, I’m very happy with my purchase. The bed looks beautiful in my bedroom and feels sturdy, comfortable and well made.

I particularly love the gas-lift storage, which provides a great amount of additional space and makes the bed both stylish and practical. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m really happy with the quality for the price.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience and would happily recommend We Make Beds to anyone looking for a good-quality, stylish and practical bed and I look forward to purchasing again from these in the furture!👍🏼

You get absolutely what you order, I ordered a small double bed. I added a description to my order. My description was followed to the Letter, I am absolutely satisfied with the design, the quality and the impeccable customer service. Thank you so much

Terrible customer service. I bought a teddy bear boucle ottoman bed and mattress and paying monthly. There were no instructions. My husband set it up but there is a gap around the ottoman to the headboard and bottom board. When the mattress sits on it there is a huge gap all around and it looks silly. They are telling me the mattress doesn’t sit on it because I bought the ottoman style which makes no sense. I have other ottoman beds and they are flush to the headboard and the mattress sits perfect on it. I contacted the company through email, instagram and WhatsApp. I get to a point of sending pictures etc and then they start ignoring me. My daughter is sleeping on her old mattress because she can’t use this one. As well as looking silly it is rock hard and very uncomfortable. I’ve had the mattress in my spare room for months and I’m getting no help from this company. Extremely disappointed. I’m paying monthly for a bed and mattress and they’re awful. I don’t want my credit to look bad so have no choice but to carry on. Do not buy from this company!

Absolutely everything I don't have a single negative to say. Was little dubious when first ordered as not sure of quality etc but was actually blown away by how well made it was & the quality of materials used even down to the packaging. I was absolutely over the moon & highly recommend to anyone looking to buy. Delivered exactly when said they would 👍👍👍

Very good quality bed for a fraction of the price at my local bed shop. The bed was easy to design online and for only £50 extra I had it assembled too, that would have taken me hours 😆. I recommend these guys

Delivery was supposed to be 2/3 weeks but I called up explaining I didn’t have a bed as I was moving to a new house and they delivered the same week! I also forgot to claim the 10% discount this was refunded to me without no hesitation the quality is outstanding exactly how it was pictured would definitely recommend

Took 8 weeks from ordering to being done. Delivered 3 beds, one was the wrong size, and when asked where we want the other two they ignored us and chose the rooms instead. They then delivered a dirty mattress which took another week to come. And left all their rubbish in the house. The delivery drivers made the house smell bad too.

Bed order took over a month, longer than they expected.
The bed pictures show a normal base height of '40' but then in the options it shows it as '30' of £30 to make it '40' so which is it?
There is no response to phone calls, texts or whatsapp messages even though their website makes it seem like they are easily contactable, poor communication (i.e. none) delivery was a surprise when the guys finally turned up.
The site also has 10% off offer with a countdown timer for when it ends. It never ends though, its a daily offer and goes against advertising standards rules under 'Time-Limited Offers'.

The worst most unprofessional company I’ve ever come into contact with. Agreed a time then they changed last minute without informing me. Ended up with no bed and they kept the deposit so had to consult my bank to get the money back. Delivery driver extremely abusive screaming down the phone. Then spoke to a man who claimed he was the manager and he was no better. No idea how they run a company. Unacceptable behaviour I would not give this Mickey Mouse company a penny I’ve placed an order with bed world for the same price and totally professional company. **Avoid at all cost**

Update: after seeing my review WeMakeBeds provided a replacement part very quickly and asked I remove the review. I wish they had responded through their email/phone first rather than Trustpilot

I was pretty happy until around 6 months after buying the bed the footboard has failed and it has been impossible to speak to this company for a replacement. It is a super heavy ottoman bed and it is unacceptable that such a key piece has failed after such little time. Even more appalling the AI call centre voice and the mobile number always off. I have been trying to speak to them for 2 weeks and will have to involve my bank for fraud. Stay away

Unable to get hold of anyone from this company. Rang several times and also sent text messages.. And no reply what so ever..

Ordered two tv beds quality is pony black mark along the top of the cream one would not recommend very cheaply made will be going down the dump within the year very disappointing as we was hoping for a quality product

We ordered a bed from we make beds after a family member recommended them. From ordering it took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait. Bed was delivered very early and assembled by the delivery drivers. They were very polite and assembled the bed quickly. We are so pleased with the bed it looks stunning. Will definitely be ordering again with this company

I ordered a super king bed with a matching blanket box for £1,500 (€1,773), including an additional fee for delivery and assembly in Ireland.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. While carrying the bed upstairs, the delivery team badly scratched and dirtied our walls, even leaving a large black handprint behind.

They also forgot to deliver the mattress. I notified both the delivery team and WeMakeBeds via WhatsApp. They acknowledged the mistake and apologized, but after that they stopped responding to my messages asking when the mattress would be delivered.

A week later, I contacted them again and was told the mattress would arrive the next day between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. I also received a confirmation from the delivery driver. I replied to explain that we would both be at work and asked if they could either deliver the following day or before 7:00 a.m. I received no response.

The next day, while I was at work, I got a phone call informing me that they had left the mattress outside my front door. When I reminded them that I had already said I wouldn’t be home, I was told the driver was “just the delivery man” and that if it wasn’t delivered that day, it would be another week before they could try again. I had no real choice but to accept this. I then had to ask a friend to move the mattress inside the house, and later I had to carry it upstairs to the bedroom myself—even though this should have been included as part of the delivery and assembly service.

The mattress arrived wrapped in plastic, but the packaging was torn in several places and the exposed areas of the mattress were dirty.

The bed itself is very nice, but when I compared it with the photos on their website, I noticed it isn’t exactly the same as the one advertised. It’s similar, but the bed and blanket box shown in the photos appear to have more padding and more luxurious detailing.

After all the hassle with the missing mattress, poor communication, and lack of customer service, I didn’t even bother contacting them about the difference between the advertised bed and the one we received.

I’m giving 3 stars because the bed and blanket box are good quality and look nice. However, the customer service, delivery experience, communication, and accuracy of the product description all need significant improvement.

We was struggling to find tv ottoman beds that would fit in our house as we have lower skilings/window seals, After looking online we came across we make beds, we decided to place an order of 5 tv ottoman beds, price was great, communication at the start was great, was left in limbo for a bit as to when the beds would be delivered, I had to pester a bit but we got there in the end we found out a couple days later after about 4 weeks after purchasing that the beds were being delivered, we're really happy with the beds, they look stunning, the men were really helpful who delivered them, we've had them a couple weeks now and all seems good, really easy to put together.
I would have given 5 stars if communication around delivered would have been better but over all I would highly recommend we make beds.
