Bought a TV bed from here and honestly couldnt be happier. The bed itself is really solid and feels proper good quality, not cheap like some others I looked at in bradford. The TV lift works smooth and does exactly what its meant to so v happy with it.
Delivery was fine, came when they said and no issues getting it set up. Took a bit of time to put together but nothing too bad.
Overall really happy with it, looks great in the room and feels like it will last. Would defo recomend 👍

I am writing in response to your recent message regarding my order, as I feel the situation has not been accurately represented.

I have been in contact with your team for several months via Instagram, and I have clear screenshot evidence of these exchanges. Throughout this time, I have been repeatedly assured that replacement gas lift parts were shipped. However, the proof of shipment you provided shows that the delivery was attempted in the UK, while I am based in Dublin, Ireland. This directly contradicts your claim that the issue was due to Irish customs requiring my input.

At no point was I contacted by any courier or customs authority regarding authorization or additional information. Instead, it appears the shipment may have been incorrectly addressed or routed to the wrong country entirely.

Additionally, I find it inappropriate that I was asked to remove my review on the basis that it could harm your business image, especially when the issue remains unresolved. I clearly stated that I would be willing to update or remove my review once the matter was properly addressed and the correct parts were delivered.

This situation has been ongoing for far too long. I purchased a bed that is currently incomplete and potentially unsafe to use without the correct gas lift components. I now require a clear and immediate resolution.

Please confirm, without further delay:

* The correct shipping address you have on file for my order
* A new and accurate shipment of the required parts to Dublin, Ireland
* Valid tracking information that reflects the correct destination

If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I expect a concrete resolution, not further explanations.

I wouldn't go as far to call this website a scam but it is definitely purposely misleading. We received a bed but the overall quality/finish/look of it was very different to what we now realise is AI images on the website.

The bed frame looked nothing like what was advertised. The actual item was poorly finished and for the price point there was no way we were going to settle for it. That was when we looked at the diabolical returns policy... it pretty much completely contradicts itself, look at it yourself.

After a lot of (dreadful and slow) communication we finally got the seller to agree to a refund, upon doing so we did not receive funds and were completely ignored for an entire week. It was only when threatened with pursuing the refund by other means that we finally received funds.

The whole experience felt like a struggle that could have easily been avoided with basic customer service and honesty in advertising. If I knew what I was actually buying I would have never bothered.

I have now had 3 beds from here and all have been unbeatable on price and quality. Would highly recommend!!

I am the 3rd member of my family to purchase new luxury beds /mattess from this wonderful company . They have an amazing selection of items on there well designed / laid out website .
Anything you require I’m sure they will have . They are very easy to deal with and offer very competitive prices .
They even have someone to put everything together .

I would NOT recommend this company at all! Horrible horrible goods and such rude customer service I am amazed how are they even running. Got a bed delivered that looks nothing like their photos. So flimsy and cheap quality and when asked about it they completely ignored and denied EVERYTHING ! STEER CLEAR !

I placed a order for a divan storage bed with special requirements and a 2k pocket mattress receieved items on time with assembly service was 100% what i wanted and matress was very comfortable, great service and quality would definatly recommend.

I strongly advise caution when ordering from Wemakebeds.
My experience has been a catalogue of broken promises and poor quality.

​Delivery & Communication: After the 15-day window passed, my calls went unanswered. I only received responses via text, which resulted in multiple missed delivery slots, including a bizarre 9:00 PM Sunday notification.

​Product Quality: When the bed finally arrived, it was delivered damaged and incomplete (missing the footboard). Due to the poor condition and missing parts, I exercised my legal right to reject the goods at the doorstep. I have doorbell footage of the couriers loading the rejected items back onto the van.

​The "Bespoke" Trap: The company attempts to hide behind a "bespoke/non-refundable" policy in their small print to avoid their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that selecting standard options from a drop-down menu does not make an item bespoke, and a "non-refundable" policy is legally void when the item delivered is damaged or not as described.

​Post-Sale Support: Since the rejection, the company has been unresponsive, forcing me to involve my finance provider and bank to recover my funds for an item they have back in their possession.

​Save yourself the stress and the financial headache—shop elsewhere.

Since writing this review, Wemakebeds has actioned a refund and cancelled the order. They asked me to remove the review and they would compensate me to do so. The review stands. I'll take no monetary offer if my review helps people to make a justified decision to order from this company.

With regards to the non refundable part of my review, it clearly states in their ts and cs and I quote "All bed are bespoke are non refundable." Apparently this only applies to SOME beds and not ALL as stated in their ts and cs.

I told Wemakebeds I will only edit my review to say my issue has been resolved, finally, and that I will not remove my review for personal monetary gain.

Wemakebeds say I should have emailed to chase a refund, however, the mobile number found on their very own homepage is the way I have been in contact with them, when they choose to reply. If I needed to email, they should have clarified this during our conversation over text message. Instead, they choose to ignore the messages.

If you require a refund, do not hesitate to contact your bank, finance company or other method of payment. You are entitled to a refund, backed by UK laws if the bed is not as advertised, damaged or incomplete.

If you are unfortunate enough to deal with this company, I wish you luck.

Go elsewhere.

Excellent service from we make beds fron start to finish the bed was put together well and i even clicked wrong payment method and they were still able to put me in the right path and trusy me to do a payment plan bed quality and material very good and matress is very comfortable deffo recommended

I am very happy with the wingback bed I purchased they delivered in the time frame given they forgot to deliver the wings for the bedhead however this was quickly rectified and attached to my bed. The two men who assembled the bed were professional.The bed is of supreme quality and worth every penny I spent If you want a superior quality bed I would recommend you buy from we make beds company.

I only give 4 stars because the manual could be more detailed about how to set up the bed itself. We needed to watch a you tube video to figure it out. The bed has tiny cut but it’s inside and covered by another part now so you won’t know. Other than that the bed is amazing! I am so happy with the quality and the colour. The hybrid mattress is amazingly comfy! Very happy with my Cloud Plush Bouclé bed in truffle colour!
