What an amazing experience it has been ordering from here. The bed arrived yesterday and I am over the moon with it. Completely transformed our bedroom into a luxury hotel vibe and the mattress that we ordered with it looks amazing as well.

Delivery was in 7 days and the guys who delivered and assembled our beds were amazing. Polite friendly and professional.

Absolutely made up with our purchase and would definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Amore Beds. I placed an order in good faith and was given a confirmed delivery date, which they completely failed to meet. Not only was the delivery missed without any proper communication, but I have also still not received the items at all.

What makes this worse is that despite the order not being fulfilled, my money has not been refunded. I’ve had to chase them multiple times for updates, and the responses have either been delayed, vague, or unhelpful. It feels like once they took the payment, customer service became a complete afterthought.

This is unacceptable. When a company fails to deliver goods, the least they should do is issue a prompt refund. Instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the products I paid for.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Amore Beds. Based on my experience, reliability and customer care are seriously lacking.

I have already attempted to contact you directly using the email details previously provided to me; however, my email was returned as undeliverable because the address appears to be invalid or unavailable.

My order was never delivered despite a confirmed delivery date, and although a refund was offered, it has still not been processed.

As I have been unable to resolve this directly, I have now proceeded with a chargeback claim through my bank under “goods not received.”

I would appreciate a valid contact method and confirmation that the chargeback will not be contest

It is with reluctance I even give this company 2 stars as their customer services is non existant, impossible to get through on the phone and emails are answered by "Jade", whom I suspect is actually a burly man with a beard. The second star is simply because the bed did finally arrive and it isn't bad for the price. It's quite cheaply made looking at it underneath and the trimming is poorly done, but it is a relatively cheap bed. However, read on:

We ordered the bed in February and they state on their website delivery is within two weeks. That time passed with no update and so we started our tiresome task of dealing with their customer services. It took several attempts to get anything useful out of them - it was always "I'm very sorry, we'll look in to that..." and then nothing. Never, not once, did they offer any information without us nagging for it first. Eventually we got a date for delivery, but only after posting a review on Trustpilot which they asked me to remove, which I did. We cleared the bedroom, got rid of our old bed to make room and awaited the delivery. A lovely looking headboard and footer arrived. "Where's the rest of it?" I asked. "No idea, that's all we were given." came the reply. Once again we try and call, no answer. Multiple emails and several weeks of sleeping on a mattress on the floor pass and we finally email to tell them to take the headboard back for a full refund. Lo and behold, we get an email the next day to say the bed will be delivered in a couple of days, and this time it actually is delivered but, sadly and unsurprisingly, it arrives damaged. One of the drawers is wedged in and buckled. We email to ask for a new drawer and runners so I can fit it myself. A couple of weeks go by and nothing. I email again and get the reply "I’ll chase this up for you now and get an update as soon as possible". That was seven weeks ago.

Actually, writing this down, they don't deserve even two stars. I mean, we did finally get the bed, but it was damaged and they have no intention of fixing it, even when I offered to do it myself. Would you give them more than one star? No, I thought not. Maybe we were unlucky, but they've done nothing to suggest that. I wouldn't buy from them again if they were the only bed company in the country. If you do decide to buy from them, be prepared to fight for it, the whole experience has been incredibly stressful and cost us a lot of time.

Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth and well handled. The team were helpful, responsive, and made the whole process really easy.

The bed looks great and feels high quality — exactly what I was hoping for. Really pleased overall and would definitely recommend.

I was a little skeptical buying such a big bed online without being able to see it but I am SO GLAD I TOOK THE PLUNGE!
Amore made the process so seamless and nice. The quality of the bed is amazing and we chose it with gas lift storage and its taken care of our storage issue haha.

Delivery was nice and easy, only took around 7 days for it to arrive and the drivers were so nice and friendly too. Overall this has been a breath of fresh air experience for us and very stress free as well specially when furniture ALWAYS causes stress haha.

We ordered a bespoke size (EU King) bed and we were met with helpful customer service. They happily accommodated our bespoke size, and were flexible with delivery when we couldn't make our assigned delivery date. The bed is solid, sturdy, high quality and very comfortable. It feels really bespoke and handmade, not like some of the flatpack/mass made furniture. Quick delivery. Worth it!

An excellent range of beds I must say. We bought two- the Harold wide headboard bed with a 90 inch high headboard extended panels and gas lift.
The Buckingham Mirror bed with a 90 inch headboard and gas lift and we couldn’t be more happier with both of them. Great quality, both beautiful designs and delivered really quickly too. Amazing customer service too as we were kept informed of our order.

By far one of the best companies I have dealt with. We now own 3 beautiful beds from here. Each made to the highest standard of quality and such strong sturdy build.
This time we went for the Windsor mirror wide headboard bed and we wanted some custom bespoke dimensions for our master bedroom as it was bigger than their standard dimensions on the website. I got in touch, provided them with a sketch of how it needed to be and the necessary dimensions and viola! It was made to absolute perfection in 2 weeks! I was surprised at the turnaround time since this was much bigger with a high 90”inch high headboard but still they adhered to their speedy delivery times and delivered.

On the day of delivery the guys were absolutely amazing. They setup my bed professional and were very careful of my bedroom not to damage anything.
I have nothing but praise for them and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Purchased an ottoman, however only the ottoman was delivered without the legs. Have had limited response, phone number is now disconnected. Linked to the Bedcreed website.

Update. Legs now received 4 weeks after the ottoman. Thank you.

Company is fine but you may have to work for it.

Purchased bed and was told gas lift would get easier to lift over time.
This never happened and strap that lifts bed has snapped.
Impossible to contact on phone and sent numerous messages but never received any reply
Shocking after sales service

I have been asking for A FULL refund to no avail. I had to buy another mattress. They are now ignoring emails. I regret ever buying from them.

Respondinding to the message from Amre below sent today 17/2/26. I copied and pasted my order details from your email.You have quieried with Trust pilot before when i made the 1st review so that they can remove my reviews and it didnt work. I am taking another route to retrieve my money than communicating with you. It will cost you more than refunding my order. These are my order details.

SCAM, BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Not contactable via email (bounces) or phone (line went dead), they did send part of the Ottoman we ordered but no legs and no way to contact them to rectify this. The better reviews on here may well be fakes.

I placed an order on 30/11/25, fully paid. It said online that it was in stock and would be delivered in 10-20 days. I'm still waiting, and they are no longer replying to emails. If it stated more clearly on their website that it could take 20 days plus up to four weeks, then I would never have ordered from them. Would not purchase anything from them again and would advise folk to avoid.

Lovely bed and such a comfy mattress. Had it for a while and it still feels and looks brand new.

what an absolutely amazing experience it has been dealing with this company and having our 2 beds delivered from here. We had our hearts set on two of their designs for a while and finally took the plunge when the reno was done. Delivered within 8 days and I must say even the delivery experience and guys were amazing. Super happy
