Really impressed with Ayzlan I must say. We took the delivery of our bed and mattress today and we couldn't be more happier with it. The team was great and really helpful. We have an upcoming project and will be placing a second order soon!

I actually purchased my bed from here 3 weeks ago and had it delivered last week. Only got a chance to write a review as we had been SO busy doing renovations etc.
It is such a wow piece! happy to an extent that we ended up buying our other two beds from here as well as they are gorgeous. Such lux quality !

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

They have ripped me off and not even answering, beds do not look anything like the pictures at all. Cheap material, my 5 year old son could make a better bed. Cheap craftsmanship and to make it worse their customer service is so unprofessional.

I have tried to contact them once delivered and now they have repeatedly blocked me on WhatsApp and not replying back to my emails. There are 7 other customers also in the same situation and have reported this to the financial ombudsman.

What an amazing experience.
Bed looks exactly how we imagined it to be and even better. Nothing but praise for this company. They not only delivered a quality product but surpassed our expectations in every way.

I have never experienced such personal customer care from a furniture company every before, and trust me I have tried a few. I was let down by our local high street brand store ( which nearly charged us £5k ) and yet failed to deliver. Frustrated I started looking around and found Amore. To my surprise they had designs I didn't even know existed! Not only did they deliver just on time but their bed is so much better than what I had expected.

The bed we purchased is of beautiful quality. The fabric used feels so soft and expensive looking. Delivery turnaround was quite good and we made sure we were in to receive the delivery as well on the given date.
Excellent bed and lots of envy comments since we've had it haha

They have tried to get my below review removed and trust pilot contacted me to confirm name and my order numbers to keep the review on the page - company response below is how they are responding to all the negative feedback.

If I could post pictures on this platform I would. Don’t waste your money.

Company recently went into liquidation and just restarted.

Faulty / bent slats, arriving wet, distorted panels, measurements wrong , broken glass, fabric loose, black marks on mirror which has appeared over time.

Do not trust the good reviews - read the bad as this is how they operate. You will be out of pocket and with either a faulty bed or no bed that you will wait almost a year for.

Do not purchase. Save your money and go elsewhere where

This has been my second purchase from Amore and they have been absolutely fantastic. They not only have the best designs out there but their service was second to none, and I can safely say that having other furniture delivered from bigger brands such as DFS and even they could not meet up with the level of service and quality Amore offered and that too not once but TWICE! Absolutely made up and will definitely be buying from here again.

I rarely write reviews mostly because of the time constraints I have but I had to take time out to review this awesome company!
We were in the middle of our house move and you can imagine how stressful it can be. However Amore has been absolutely fantastic and super helpful from start to finish. They not only held our delivery until we were ready but even on the day of delivery they were super helpful and made sure everything was all nicely setup before they left.
5 stars all the way and well deserved too xx

We emailed and called multiple times about a problem with the fit of the mattress into the frame. Asked someone to call after eventually getting an email reply, following three emails.

Bought the bed in August and both are in agony from the poor quality mattresses. My 8 year old even had a sleepover in it and was in pain.

We have emailed a couple of times, tried calling multiple times but guess what they never answer, despite their apparent mattress guarantee!

Their lack customer service, quality and lack of care is an absolute disgrace. We still have not heard back to emails, nor voicemail, and will now be reporting to trading standards.

After 6/7 weeks since I ordered my bed and I told them I had not received it they seem surprised when I said I had not received it. They then blamed the delivery company who had contact details that did not work as described in previous emails. After I contacted my credit card company for a refund and told Amore they emailed me and told me the bed was with the delivery company again and the bed arrived 13 weeks after order.The bed turned up and the product was as described and in perfect condition but the process was very stressful.

Ordered an Ottoman on the 15th of November, and we've had no update. Customer service are "looking into it" shipping information which was only sent after inquiries were made doesn't work.

Might change review when we eventually receive our order. In 2 to 8 working years.

Great bed. Nice fabric just exactly what I wanted. Perfect. Delivered safely and was easy to put together.

I had high hopes of the company originally I started my purchase 11/09/2025 the lead time was misleading and it took 8 weeks before I received the bed . My experience became worse as time went on with this company it has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been a straightforward order turned into weeks of stress, poor communication, and astonishing levels of incompetence.
After receiving the wrong bed due to a manufacturing error, I was promised a replacement in the correct Madison style. Instead, I was left chasing updates with no communication from the company. My emails went unanswered, and tracking information was vague and inconsistent.
When the replacement finally arrived, it was delivery only, meaning we were expected to dismantle and reassemble the bed ourselves—despite the fact that the issue was entirely the company’s fault. To make matters worse, the items delivered were incorrect yet again. The headboard and footboard don't match, the headboard is messing the silver beading detail , and the design was the same Trudy style we already had, not the Madison style we paid for originally .
The level of incompetence displayed throughout this entire process is staggering. From poor communication to repeated errors and complete disregard for customer inconvenience, this company has shown zero professionalism or accountability. They have still not responded to my email about the further debacle
I have been more than patient, but I have been consistently let down. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered the Linear Stripe Line Storage Ottoman (5ft, Ivory Plush) and I’m very happy with it. It’s beautifully made, really sturdy, and the fabric looks and feels great. There’s plenty of storage too, which was one of the main reasons I chose it.
Customer service was brilliant from start to finish. They really went the extra mile.
I’d definitely recommend both the product and the company.

Do NOT order from this scam company. Ordered a bed, and agreed on a delivery date only to be told bed won’t be delivered on the date. No communication whatsoever. Only interested when placing order and then not interested after payment has been made. No one answers the customer services number either. Countless emails was sent to chase up on order and finally a date was agreed and guess what? Bed never came.. but no communication, no call, I had to email to ask for an update, only to be told to be patient!!!!? I have contacted Action Fraud and trading standards as they are refusing to give me a refund, and now I am left without no bed.

We ordered a bespoke headboard and paid for install extra. The delivery and installers didn't speak English and eventually arrived at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening. They were rude and left all the rubbish behind. They damaged the bedroom paintwork and had to drill brackets into the wall to stop the headboard falling over. The glass headboard was chipped in 2 places. The headboard was the wrong width and the footboard was bent. We complained but 6 weeks later haven't had a date for any replacement. They never answer their phone nor respond to messages and are a nightmare to deal with. I have left messages but they do not respond. NOT GOOD

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Their communication was excellent and the quality of the bed delivered haa surpassed ALL!
I never really thought there were such beautiful designs like these as they look fantastic. Really happy with the purchase and already in the process of making another one for the second bedroom once its done its renovations!

The bed looks absolutely stunning. It was delivered with great care and wrapped superbly, very well protected. It’s exactly what we ordered, and the fabric and colour are gorgeous. We also purchased the matching footstool, which really completes the look. The room feels so luxurious now.

An absolutely amazing experience we had with the company.
Our Merry bed looks fantastic and fits in our bedroom perfectly.
Really happy and would definitely buying from here again.
