Avoid!
Ending up with the coverage that excluded a couple of minor preexisting conditions and thinking that everything else would be reimbursed with enthusiasm. Oh no! For the first two years EVERY situation is treated as a suspect preexisting condition. The process is so onerous and anti-client that anyone with valuable time would never use this insurance for any minor claims. Meanwhile, it seems very likely that any serious condition would be simply denied as “potentially preexisting”. I want to avoid descriptions such as “misleading” and “dishonest” but struggle to come by with better terms.
If you value your time and money - avoid.

Customer service quick and effctive
I had an annoying problem (my bank could not communicate with AXA's bank for my monthly premium payments). That was quickly resolved in 10 minutes over a chat.
Not yet any experience with clims, but optimistic bas on this CS experience.
