AXA staff are professional
AXA staff are always cheerful, helpful and professional.
The website however is not quite as good. An example of this is the Claim form which is badly worded and does not provide sufficient opportunity to enter the information.

The full query was not fully addressed but in small parts by two different reps which ended up confusing me more . All I asked was an excel sheet to compare prices with excess etc

Je continue d’être contacté systématiquement en anglais, alors que j’ai souscrit à cette assurance santé pour beneficier d’un service en français. Le formulaire de soin fournit était également en anglais, et donc inutilisable auprès du dentiste que j’ai du rencontrer pour traiter en urgence une dent. Et étant donné la situation urgente de ma situation, je n’avais pas le temps de me battre avec le service traduction d’Axa.

From the initial enquiry to accepting the policy, Matthew Landers at AXA Global Healthcare provided fantastic service, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. I have been with AXA for a while. This time the payment process was cumbersome and frustratingly slow. If AXA has partnered with old mutual in Kenya let customer service personnel in both firms have enough knowledge to provide relevant information.

I have been using AXA Global Healthcare services for nearly 20 years and have always found them to be spot on with customer service and support. In these days of AI, there is a real person in customer service dealing with my problems or my questions, which feels far better than chatting to a robotic assistant.
