First time claim - great experience
This was the first time I had made a claim through AXA, for my son. It was far easier than I thought it would be. The process was well thought out, efficient and, importantly, it worked. Thank you AXA

I contacted customer support twice
I contacted customer support twice, regarding follow up monitoring after my LRAS and despite telling me they would look into it, no one has come back to me one way or the other.
This is unusual, as the level of support generally has been good.
