Day - never came. Same excuses. Late email to let me know, then flowers still haven’t arrived. Have lost my money and never got the flowers. Very upset. Awful service and yet to even know how the flowers are. although if they ever do arrive, I don’t have high hope for them.

Now my mum has not received anything for her birthday even though I told her to stay in all day and wait. I don’t live near to my mum so this is very upsetting

Placed a same day order for flowers for an important family event, received order acknowledgement and confirmation email that they would be sent same day. 5pm I received an email to say that they couldn’t be sent same day due to Brexit! Too late to order elsewhere. No refund offered, even of the same day charge. Was told the flowers were already dispatched so couldn’t be refunded and they had been “upgraded” which effectively meant my order was changed without my agreement. Absolutely disgusting, never again.

Definitely one to avoid. My mum unwittingly ordered from this company thinking they were a ‘local’ florist. She paid for same day delivery - four days later after countless calls/emails the flowers have just arrived, squashed and battered. Minus the chocolates that were meant to come with them. It isn’t hard to find a good, independent florist wherever you want to send flowers too - the internet is a wonderful thing, you can avoid companies like this entirely. Shocking and sad for those wanting to send a genuine gift that ends up just being a waste of money.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I bought 12 roses for same day delivery today and when they did not turn up by 4pm I called - they were closed. I emailed customer services and got a response that due to staff being pinged TODAY for covid they could not be delivered. It seems this was a lie as these reviews say the same excuse for previous days this week. If I had received a call to explain and been offered a refund then fair enough but I was told NOTHING until I chased. I have been told they will arrive tomorrow which is no good because the person is travelling in the morning for her 50th. Waiting to hear whether or not they will refund my £7.99 delivery charge + £46 for the entirely wasted gift that won’t be received.

I do not have the money to throw away on gifts that don’t arrive. I’m sick of being scammed by business using covid as an excuse and I wont drop this. To give them the benefit of doubt, if they do have covid issues then Inform your customers you CANNOT fulfill their order. Don’t let them blindly waste money on orders that aren’t fulfilled.

I WISH ID OF SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED !!! If I could give no stars I would ! Absolutely shocking .. when you pay for next day delivery you expect next day delivery especially considering that’s what they claim to specialise in . Flowers weren’t delivered. They emailed saying there was a 5pm cut off point which was not advertised on their website and never stated when I placed the order that if it wasn’t ordered before a certain time they would not be delivered. Quick to take your money but less than quick to do absolutely anything else !!!

Take your money immediately and reply with a confirmation email, they don’t tell you when the flowers will come even though they state same day delivery if ordered by 3….lies. I rang the number and shock it was closed, I emailed numerous times asking what time to expect my flowers nothing. Someone then replies at 5 saying the person who does the flowers has been pinged off test and trace and gone home, another lie, I said I don’t want the flowers as needed them for the same day and asked for a full refund and sent my bank details. I then get an email today!! To say it’s already on the van no but we’ll refund the delivery charge? Well I specifically said at 3 yesterday I don’t want the flowers, so now today at 9 they’ve put the flowers on the van (strange as the woman who does the flowers is isolating but they’ve been done) and telling me their on the way but their happy to refund the delivery charge! Disgusting excuse of a company sent the flowers on purpose so they keep my money. This is going to be escalated higher as this isn’t the first time this company has stolen people’s money

AVOID at all costs. Completely let down by this shambles of a 'company'. Placed order on-line at 11am and paid £7.95 extra for same day delivery, the cut off for same day is advertised as 3pm. The flowers did not arrive. Eventually after two days trying to make contact I got a reply to say the order had gone into spam... Funny that, because I received an immediate acknowledgement of the order. They said they only check orders up until 11am! So why advertise 3pm?! Was offerd £10 refund and delivery the following day which I refused. Asked for a complete refund which I had to chase for the next 2 weeks. No real apology, no compensation; Wish I had read the reviews first - use this company at your peril.

I ordered a funeral arrangement to be sent on Wednesday 30th June 2021,I received photos today of the arrangement. Was utterly disgusted by the size and content of flowers. Being a florist myself, the flowers that were used consisted mainly of gerbera and a few lillies and some chrysanthemums I asked for an extra large sized ring, if I was making it myself, this arrangement would of cost no more than £40. They charged me extra for lillies, there was hardly any in there and were not the colour I asked for . I was so upset as it needed to be lovely for her as I could not attend the funeral and seeing as the arrangement was funded by a few people, I had to send my apologies for wasting their money. It was a nice arrangement at best but no where near worth the money they asked.

Ordered my mom some flowers and chocolates for next day delivery. Didn’t receive any information regarding delivery, sent them an email and it wasn’t until 5pm that they said that they weren’t going to deliver it on the day but on the next. The flowers arrived the day after with no chocolates and when contacted the support they said they were going to refund it but I am still waiting for it.

Really bad experience, will not be using them again or recommending to anyone. This has caused a lot more headache than pleasantries.

Ordered flowers for delivery yesterday but the person I sent them to did not receive them, asked Amelia's why was told by email, they were delivered, but where to not where they were supposed to go and right address and post code on, not impressed will not be using them again. Very poor service.

Ordered flower's for delivery next day and they never arrived. No email telling me they were not coming or anything.
And when you speak to the they don't care is the answer. Still waiting to see if they arrive and if they are what I ordered??

Edit. The flowers arrived without the chocolates, no surprises there. Absolutely shocking

I ordered a large bunch of autumnal flowers for my daughters birthday, and when they arrived they were not anything like the photo on the website. They were no better than a bunch of flowers from the garage. When I complained, they blamed the weather for the lack of variety and the supplier, even though they had all of the different flowers in 2 of my local florists. Would never buy from them again, a very expensive mistake

If I could have given a lower rating I would have! DO NOT USE! They are a joke of a company THE WORST! Ordered a wreath for a funeral. It arrived a day late and in pieces, When I called to complain there was no apologies. Just blamed DPD for delivering it late. Tried to make them understand that it was completely unacceptable given it was for a funeral.
I had to call them and email them numerous times to chase refund. Eventually after 3 weeks they FINALLY refunded my money. In my opinion they are a disgrace! DO NOT USE!
(I only wish I could include the emails and the photos to show how bad they are! But there is nowhere on here for me to attach.)

Do not use this company. It is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Flowers not delivered same day. Email at 23.50 to advise they will be delivered next day. Phone doesn’t work, email responses sporadic. It appears to be a scam company. I would strongly advise people to avoid at all costs. The replies I received were just shocking

The card that came with the flowers was awful .. the wording was incorrect and it was clearly a card that had either been used before or a mistake had been made as inside the card was a ripped white self adhesive label. Very disappointing for the price paid. You can’t get hold of them either.

Flowers were ordered well within the same day guidelines, not delivered on time.

Quality of flowers was poor, some dead on arrival and a stale smell to the bunch. Thrown out a day later. £35 for a bunch of £5 supermarket quality flowers. Very disappointed.

Absolute disgrace of a service!! Ordered flowers on a Monday nnd. Not only did they not appear till Wednesday night they were missing items from the order. The attitude of the people who talk to and the online communication is vile. No attempt to contact to let you know that is happening with your order or an apology for being late. I'm a carer for my disabled partner and thought I'd try cheering her up on a down day. This whole experience ruined our whole week and we still never got items that we paid for absolute joke.
