10 weeks I have waited for my money back. Ordered flowers to the Wedding Venue, gave them all the details they required, asked them to be left with the wedding coordinator who will present the flowers to the bride on the morning of her wedding. They did not arrive, I phoned and phoned, Saturday afternoon lines closed and they was shut. Sent an email, they told me they was delivered!! Sent photo, I went around the whole venue looking for a door that looked like the photo, I asked the staff if this looked familiar. The flowers was left in the wrong address, down the road, bride didn't have any flowers off the groom.. highly disappointed. Went to the house the next day, noone was in, flowers was gone. I have been complaining and asking for a refund since may 28th. They was quick enough to take the money out of my account. Finally got the money back today. I can not recommend this florist as I am so angry that I had this experience. The admin who I was dealing with was very helpful. But that's all I have to say. Stay away.

Sent flowers to my friend and she’s delighted. I asked for a neutral colour which they are. Nicely packed and wrapped and stems were in moist oasis. This is a truthful review and genuine remarks. My experience had been very positive

It seems Amelia’s Florist has a bit of work to do on their ‘same day’ delivery service. Another disgruntled customer who was let down this week!
A free ‘upgrade’ on flowers delivered the next day. Wow.
Same day delivery is for a reason. The day after that reason is too late.

Words fail me…
I ordered same day delivery flowers, which didn’t arrive. Sent email asking why? No response until just before midnight with an excuse. Told flowers would arrive tomorrow, still no flowers, phoned to speak to someone, obnoxious women to be polite. Still no flowers.
Received yet another email, we will refund the delivery flowers will arrive today.
Absolutely shocking, can’t review on the site (wonder why). Avoid Avoid Avoid

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered on Monday 26th June they actually arrived on Saturday am on the 24th and as we were both out they were left on the front doorstep very visible from the road fortunately we have great neighbours and as our car was not outside on the front they took the flowers in the card that was with them looked like it had been written by a child and my husband said it wasn't exactly what he had quoted to them, I would have got in touch personally with the company but according to most of the previous reviews it would have been ignored. Would not have given one star if I could have given a review without, avoid like the plague.

Ordered shabby chic bouquet for an aunts 80th birthday. Was extremely disappointed with flowers delivered. Looked nothing like the picture. I could have arranged them better. Like many others on this site wished I’d have read reviews first. Total rubbish. Did email stating dissatisfaction when I saw flowers that had arrived but no response. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered flowers for my mum in plenty of time to arrive same day delivery. Paid the £7.99 delivery charge. This was on the Thursday. Flowers didn't arrive on the Thursday. Chased it up first thing on Friday. Was told they would be delivered ASAP. By the afternoon I emailed yet again to stress they still hadn't arrived and my mum would be out after 4pm so they Need to get it there before then. Was told ok.
Flowers never arrived. Had to email again and was told they couldn't get there before 4pm so didn't bother. They weren't even going to inform me of this. Flowers finally delivered on the Saturday. Was told they would be upgraded cos of the trouble....they weren't. I had to request my delivery charge refund, was not offered. And surprise surprise I had to chase this up as took over a week to go into my account.
Awful service, avoid. They do not care once they take your money

Very disappointed with what was received I asked for flowers that don't need to ve put in a vase and having it delivered in a gift bag with stems in a sponge was not what I was expecting especially for the price very disappointed

I want to advise everyone strongly, avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a presentation box yesterday morning on the 27th April, paid for same day delivery. No delivery was done. I received a text saying an emergency had occurred.

Proceed to today the 28th April, no reply to any of my emails, the website phone number says all lines are closed, the number from the text message saying an emergency occurred, i called that, it is going straight to EE voicemail.

I have been left very personally embarrassed as this was for a very important person in my life, and now with two days of zero delivery, this is literally atrocious service.

Avoid this company, avoid at all costs. I wish I read the reviews first. A terrible business to put your trust in.

Flowers were never delivered. Despite 18 emails no refund. Excuses . Dreadful business . I am suing them now.

Flowers arrived late. Nothing like the bouquet in the picture. Only half the flowers and some half dead!

My mum ordered flowers for my nans funeral with plenty of notice. They was supposed to be delivered on the 14th March before 3pm and they never arrived! Many phone calls and emails later and they just ingnored all contact!! My nans funeral was on the 15th march at 10am so it was vital we got the flowers in time! If the day couldn't get any worse it did they flowers never got delivered on the 14th they was delivered on the day of my nans funeral 7 hours after it had finished they turned up at 5pm! When they did arrive they was all damaged! The wreath was in 3 Pieces the Flowers Boxes all damaged!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! No contact form Amelia's Florist no apology NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I am one of many bad reviews . Flowers I requested were delivered a day later which when I pointed out it wasn’t acceptable as the recipient had gone away and I was totally fobbed off then ignored .
And to make it worse the lack of customer care was obvious with their attitude of trying to blame me for their distinct lack of care and concern .
No one would speak to me when I rang , told me to reply to the order confirmation E mail .
I can honestly say I have never had such bad customer service . It’s appalling .
Please do not waste your hard earned money on this company .

Flowers for a funeral very disappointed and annoyed. Flowers were wrong, wrong colours, wrong bouquet cost £53.99 not worth the money.
Blamed me for not picking the right bouquet so won’t take responsibility

Flowers delivered for funeral four days early, rang to complain but the woman who answered was very rude and blamed anyone and everyone but not her company. Don’t use this company, you will be disappointed and waste your money.

I wish I had read these reviews before as well. I ordered flowers for my mums grave. They came a day early and were already withered......disgusting they are getting away with it.......They should be investigated !!!!!

I don’t know how this company is getting away with what they are doing judging by all these very similar, awful reviews. I placed an order on the 16th of December to send flowers to my husbands gran in Co. Armagh (we live in Scotland). I chose this florist as it was set up to look like a local florist to the area I was sending them which it wasn’t. I placed the order at 6am and then realised around 8am that my husband had already sent a gift the day before and he’d forgot to tell me. At 9am I called and the phone message said the store was closed and to phone back between 9 and 3 (roughly). Continued to call for the next half hour with the same message playing. So around 9:30am I emailed to advise I wanted to cancel the order. I then continued to call as I thought maybe someone had just forgot to put the phone on when the store opened but no luck. I received a reply in email from Melissa to say that they would cancel my order and refund my money - great! I then emailed on Monday to ask if the refund had been processed and was advised it had been processed on the 16th and would take 3-5 working days. I didn’t receive the refund. Contacted again on the 29th and was told by Melissa she would look into it. Didn’t hear anything again. Contacted again on the 3rd and was advised they would process my refund that day. I did receive my money back on the 9th but judging by the previous reviews on the way they do their business, if I hadn’t chased it as persistently as I did, I wouldn’t have received my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered flowers on phone for my friends dad had passed away told amelia on phone the colours I wanted cream Rose's with yellow and purple to be added
When flowers where delivered I was so disappointed what they send first off all flowers where all in full bloom exspecially roses no purple or yellow flowers to be seen I called amelia she said she sort it when she called me bk all she said was the roses where all sent back they where no good why use them in first place ?
And told me they couldn't do another delivery to go else where just wanted to get me off phone I was disgusted on the reply I was getting so angry don't use this florist very unprofessional they could of called me while making up flowers at time if they didn't have colours I could of chosen diffrent I so upset with it all can u imagine if they where flowers on your wedding day turned up the wrong colours I could of bought some in sainsbury for a 5 better quality

I don't know how this Company is still operating. £40 worth of flowers to be delivered the day before the funeral to Southport. Delivered 3 days late and absolute rubbish. Asked for proof of delivery. A photo showing the wrong house!! No time or date. I give up.

Avoid at all costs!! £42 for a small bunch of half dead flowers, scammed into thinking they were a local florists that offered delivery! Do not use, do your due diligence and look up a genuine local florists
