Stupidly I ignored the reviews and didn't go with my gut instinct.

Flowers were not delivered on time and had very threatening emails when I asked for my money back. To the point where they were accusing me of fraud as I said I wanted to receive the flowers on the delivery day I specifed when placing the order or I would raise a chargeback if not refunded. It is not until you get the despatch confirmation you find out all the cut off times for next day etc.

They were for a special birthday and arrived the day after! They pass off as local florists but it is nothing more than glorified mail order.

Not a nice company at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I believe they go by a few different names: Planet Green Foliage, Busy Bees Florist, Sarah's Flowers and Gifts to name but a few.

The communication is a disaster...unless of course you are complaining and THEN you will start getting a response and awful ones at that from John, the Director. Very rude...my 15 year old has better manners.

Do not waste your money. Buy local like I should have done as customer service is not their strong point. They really don't care about customer satisfaction.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing! They are not a 'local' florist as it appears and they deliver by DPD. I ordered same day delivery flowers thinking they were coming from a nearby location. They didn't arrive until mid morning the following day, too late for us. I cancelled the order by telephone and email before delivery but they still arrived. I Refused the delivery but still been charged even though DPD took them back. The florist (hate to call them that as they do not operate like a normal florist) said I had no proof of rejection as DPD had photographed them on our doorstep (which they did before we got to the door to answer it). No issues with DPD they were very polite. At least we have been refunded the same day delivery charge but nothing else. Appalling service and business ethics by Amelias Florists. DO NOT USE.

Contacted Amelias to arrange funeral flowers, sadly we were unable to attend the funeral .
The flowers were delivered to the undertaker on time and my Aunty said they were beautiful.

I ordered on line on 19 April 2024 for delivery to my Daughter in Shropshire next day Saturday 20 April. The bunch of flowers cost £31 with free delivery. I completed the order but got no order acknowledgment. The £31 came out of my account immediatley. The flowers never arrived! I contacted them via e-mail to check the order but got no reply. I phoned them on both the 0800 number and 02831 980130 and was put through to a answer phone message saying they were busy with customers and would call back. They never did I have been scammed right and proper. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I had a panic attack after ordering from here and reading the reviews..but my flowers arrived in Pitlochry in good time and are described as beautiful. I don't think Amelia's should pass themselves off as a local florist. They are based in England. No tracking info was provided. Most unusual but all's well.
The company say they don't have right of reply because they are not members of TP. I have suggested to them to sort that out. I wouldn't use them again unless I got tracking and confirmation of delivery.

Unfortunately I had to give one star though they don't deserve it. My husband ordered a spray for his sister's funeral.they promised to deliver to funeral home at 10am for 12 noon service. They never arrived.emails have been sent with no joy. I asked for a full refund but I've heard nothing back. Terrible florist even worse customer service. DONT TOUCH Them with a barge pole. Absolutely shocking

This florist is one of three run by John Heath of Wisbech. All online. All pretending to be locally sourced and supplied florists. Actually a country wide online affair who don't answer their phone in the afternoon as they are out delivering... actually their deliveries are by DPD so that is odd isn't it. Same voice on phone line of all three companies.. The other two Busy Bees Florists and Ellie Powers Flowers.
All have shocking reviews. Worst i have ever seen. I Busy Bees Florists to my bitter regret. I can only advise never ever to use any of them if you want your flowers on the day you paid for them to be delivered.... and don't want to end up feeling you have been right royally conned. As I do.

Ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. Got an email the morning of VD saying they couldn't fulfil til tomorrow. Since then, the be heard nothing. Not answering emails or phone. I can only assume this is a scam... Taken my money and run.

Roses arrived on the Saturday from my husband. The roses already had brown petals around the edges within a couple of days they were really brown. Husband contacted the company, they said they would look into it but we haven’t heard anything. Extremely disappointed.

I own busy bee florist in Devon and you have now over stepped the mark . Be prepared for trading standards and a lawyer if you don’t stop taking my customers found out from two today that you have tried to be my shop taking my customers and my business . It is unlawful and disgraceful behaviour and needs to stop . I’m giving you a week to rectify this before I take further action.

As previously mentioned, I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order.
Should have been delivered 19th December, still not there. I contacted them and they promised a full refund, but looking at the reviews I live in hope.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Still waiting on my refund which they said the have done. That was two weeks ago. Rubbish.

Order? Instead of assuming it’s okay to send next day?? I accepted and sympathised there had been an emergency, and asked what could be done to resolve the issue. Now I’m just being ignored. Upon finding the reviews on trust pilot, even more annoyed that clearly it’s a common occurrence!! Shocking customer service

Ordered 2 weeks in advance, along with another family member, for a funeral.
No flowers arrived.
Very dissatisfied

Arrived on time but used DPD delivery.

If generous the flowers were "ok" and definitely nothing like the website photos.

Expensive for quality of flowers. I'd say a big bunch from a petrol station is as good.

But they did get there on time.

Having ordered same day delivery on the assumption this was a local florist was very worried reading these reviews. Flowers did not turn up on the same day as paid for but they did arrive the following day and were beautiful. It took a while but same day delivery charge was refunded.

Write as you find! Service from start to finish from Amelia's Florist was excellent - from call back to take order to beautiful flowers being delivered with care. Thank you very much to all staff concerned and especially to Melissa who arranged everything. Would definitely use your services again.

I ordered birthday flowers for same day delivery at £7.99 only to receive an email late in the day to say they couldn’t be delivered! They said they would be delivered the next day & upgraded. Good job they were as they were still rubbish! Bruised roses & no care at all put into the preparation. I asked for at least the delivery to be refunded & it finally has. Would never use them again & would definitely not recommend!
