I was overjoyed when i first purchased…
I was overjoyed when i first purchased my stainless steel non stick pans last year with a 25yr warranty. I have only had them for a year, order confirmation sent to qualify this. I have treated them with care and despite this the non stick lining is peeling. When i asked for your help with this i was told that it was due to me over heating them!!! Really bad customer care

Overall very good, and good value for price
First pan I purchased had a moulding flaw in the outer coating - probably wouldn’t have affected the usability of the pan but was an annoying quality control issue that should have been spotted. Apart from that, all good - pan is a good size (28cm), but lightweight and with a good non-stick coating. Detachable handle is a big plus point (and one of the main reasons I bought this pan), ideal for use in the bottom Aga oven for slow cooking one-pot dishes. Overall I’d say the quality is a little below the Woll and Berndes pans I also use, but it has a better non-stick surface so is still a very useful addition to the kitchen.

Fourth stainless saucepan to complete the set of brilliant pans.
I ordered a fourth Aga stainless steel pan - this time the 18cm one which was "missing" from my lineup. Like the others it's a great pan and works perfectly on my induction hob. I like that it's so easy to clean, and stacks well with the others. Delivery was within a few days which was great.

Never got product
Never got product. Had no notification of when out for delivery and then no notification id missed any delivery. First I heard was when I got an email telling me my items had been returned due to being unable to deliver. The purchase was because a handle on my original frying pan had broken. All in all, very disappointing and now I have to try again because there are no Aga stores within 100 miles of me any more

I live in Canada and there is no Aga Cookshop so i try and get somewhat organized when visiting UK or transiting through to place my orders well in advance. A few weeks ago, I called the Aga Cookshop with 3 days notice... The staff helped me with my order, ensured it was delivered super promptly to Divertimenti in London where i was able to pick it up as i transited through. Can't say enough good things about the products, the staff and the help! And Divertimenti was great too as an Aga partner.
