Overall, we had a good experience with Hedges Hedges. We pre-ordered a pallet deal of laurels and booked a specific delivery date in line with the pre-order availability on the website. We received regular email updates from Hedges Hedges including one confirming they'd been dispatched so all looked good. We booked the day off work to ensure we were home for the delivery. The delivery date arrived and as we'd had no communication from the carrier I contacted Hedges Hedges. At first, they didn't seem to recognise the order but did eventually track it down. They advised the order had been held by the carrier, (for what reason, they didn't know) and the laurels weren't scheduled for delivery as confirmed. Issues happen, it is what it is and Hedges Hedges advised they would pay an additional fee to the carrier to deliver them to us first thing the next day.

The laurels arrived the next morning, most of them in perfect condition. 4 were damaged due to having a bag of compost on top of them throughout transit. Having been in the ground a couple of weeks now, the 4 that were damaged have bounced back and I think that speaks to the health and quality of them.

They were good value for money. Whilst we do try to shop local wherever we can, owing to the volume of laurels we needed, Hedges Hedges just beat everywhere on price by a considerable amount with the pallet deal they were offering. Overall, happy customers!

Very pleased with the plants we received and the free compost and nutrients were an added bonus. Would definitely order again.

This company was so helpful, I required the delivery to be delayed due to a road being closed for resurfacing outside my property and was done with good communication. Plant arrived in excellent condition and is now in the ground. Looking forward to this spreading out to give a bit of privacy. Great company and would recommend.

I sourced some Photinia Red Robin, to plant as a hedge, through an online special offer. I accessed the website , which was very straightforward and helpful re ground prep,planting etc and made my purchase. I was given a choice of delivery dates and the turnaround from order to delivery was just 4 working days! I received an e mail with confirmation and delivery details .
On the day if delivery, I contacted the company and they phoned me back to inform me of the estimated 2 hour delivery window . The delivery driver arrived within 10 minutes of the earliest delivery time , offloaded the plants and brought them into my property. He was most helpful and the plants were all in good condition. Well done to All !

A fantastic company, fast delivery, excellent communication. We have been so impressed with the company, we have ordered another tree. I particularly like the emails advising what to do when the trees arrive and the free compost and bone meal. Highly recommend.

I stumbled across this company whilst trying to source some well established hedging for one of my very discerning clients. From the initial phone call with Georgina, she was so helpful and offered some great advice. My client and myself were so happy with the hedging that was delivered.
