We've had the tap for over 5 years now and still the company supports us and has helped fixes a few issues we had not faults from the tap but from our cold water supply having a knock on effect. Ps make sure you have filters ordered and on subscription. Sean has been out main point of contact and always quick to respond with a solution and email

I couldn't be happier with both the customer care and the installation. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free.
Ben in the customer care team was exceptional & provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly. He has been so helpful and patient, answering my questions & is also very knowledgeable on the taps.
Carlos the installation engineer was friendly and took great care while fitting the tap. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the area was left clean afterwards.
The tap is very good quality, easy to use & looks great.

The tap hasn't been delivered yet, but I can only hope it lives up to the service I received from Jo, which was exemplary. She was extremely helpful in accommodating all my requests and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their service.

We recently bought a boiling tap for our new house we are moving into. Unfortunately the chain has had some issues and it has delayed us for an unknown amount of time. I emailed Aqua Taps about the warranty and replacement filters as it will be sitting in the box, not being used and we'd be losing out on the protection.

Sean responded the next day confirming it wouldn't be a problem and he would make a note on the account and we'll be able to delay our warranty starting until we move in and get it installed. This is absolutely amazing customer service and I could see other companies simply saying tough!

I think this tells you a lot about a company and I'll definitely be recommending them and looking at buying more from them in the future!

Had my Aqua Tap over 2 years now and still works great Filters are automatically delivered every 6 months so easy Family love it Would not be without one now Definitely recommend

Great product, looks really expensive and the instant boiling water and filtered water are so helpful. Customer service is great - Sean has been very helpful as we’ve had some issues with having such hard water in our area.

The service was fast. I definitely recommend this company.

The aqua tap is a great product, the reason I have given them 4 stars is I do think the price of the replacement filters to keep the warranty going are very expensive

Great experience with a missing set of filters, quickly replaced and dispatched. Joanne was great, very efficient.
