I’ve had a great experience with Admiral Law throughout my claim. Lianne Kan was incredibly helpful, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way, making a long process much less stressful. Professional and fast service. Excess reimbursed within 1–2 months. Highly reliable.

Slow process, took almost 4 years to settle. Claims handler changed numerous times. No updates received. Several complaints made against them which were all all upheld therefore acknowledging their incompetence. I wouldn't even give one star if it was possible!

My non fault accident when I was hit from behind while stationary at a red light was on 25/11/21. It's only now I have been offered an injury compensation settlement.

The original medical report was a work of fiction as it had so many mistakes which delayed the process getting it corrected.

At the 3 year anniversary an extension had to be requested in court as the settlement hadn't been reached.

I reported Admiral Law to the Legal Ombudsman as I would go months at a time with no contact.

I hope to receive my settlement soon but I would never recommend using them as my entire experience has been appalling.

Connor from admiral law was so helpful and understanding throughout the call. He went through all the details very thoroughly. He rang me almost 20 minutes after I had made the claim so very efficient. He dealt with the law side of the claim really well, would recommend his services if anyone finds themselves in this situation!

I had a non fault accident in May where as I was hit from behind while stationary, I lost two days off work through a bad back and also shock, I am self employed so tried to claim for this back , I have sent in three years tax submissions and they also want profit and loss accounts as I am self employed, they also asked for recorded voice recordings of me cancelling the jobs as I spoke to the customers? , I have also sent them the details of the customers [ names and addresses but this still not enough as proof and the only other proof I would have is a screenshot of my Excel Calender which I book my jobs in on like most self employed businesses they also asked me for invoices but how can you produce an invoice if the jobs were cancelled ? It seems extremely unfair that after you get hit while stationary you end up losing the time you could have been earning money, I have given up now and told them not to chase for my loss of earnings as I cannot give them any further evidence, I have left numerous messages and not had a reply for days and left messages to ask for a call from my case handler which were not returned for Days and messages on the portal not read for days aswell, finally got a call today and told them to drop the personal losses as it seems impossible to satisfy what proof they are asking for just not worth the hassle, my wife had exactly the same happen to her in 2022 and her company royal and sun alliance sorted it very quickly for her with no problems , I would advise anyone to choose your insurance company very carefully.
