It's been 2 years since my van accident. It was not my fault other car wrote my van off. My claim is still on going and still not resolved avoid using terrible service.

Admiral law settled my claim with admiral. This is an Admiral v Admiral Claim. That has been going on for nearly 5 years. There is a mysterious third party that gave me a settlement amount, asked for my bank details. Now won’t pay me. Seriously go miles out of your way to avoid admiral and admiral law

**Consistently terrible and incompetent — I left over a year ago and they are still causing problems**

I previously held insurance with Admiral and left over a year ago because their service was consistently terrible. Their customer service was poor, their administration was incompetent, and dealing with them was repeatedly more stressful than it ever needed to be.

Despite the fact that I have not been an Admiral customer for over a year, they have now started contacting me regarding a grievance raised by somebody else. I did not raise the grievance, I am not the complainant, and I have absolutely no desire to have any dealings with Admiral.

When I asked why they were contacting me about someone else's complaint, they failed to provide a proper explanation. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they simply refused to answer the very reasonable questions I asked.

For a financial services company, this is deeply concerning. If you cannot establish who the complainant is before discussing a complaint, it raises serious questions about your internal controls, complaint-handling procedures and approach to protecting customers' personal data. Based on my experience, Admiral's standards in these areas appear alarmingly poor.

This isn't an isolated mistake. It reflects the same incompetence and poor customer service that led me to leave Admiral over a year ago. Unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed.

I do not want any further contact from Admiral. I simply want them to stop contacting me regarding matters that have nothing to do with me and to improve the standards of customer service and data handling that customers should reasonably expect.

I would never insure with Admiral again and would strongly encourage anyone considering them to think carefully before doing so.

The case handler was very accommodating, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made me feel reassured. I really appreciate their excellent support and communication. Thank you!
