Super helpful, informative and reassuring phone call with Connor.

Since the start of my claim, I have had to chase these for updates constantly! Nothing gets done useless you chase them.

Admiral Law handled my case very well. As soon as they took over the communication was excellent. I was kept informed the whole time, talked through how to submit evidence.
My case was relatively easy as I had video footage of the incident, never the less if another incident should occur around my car in the future then I will be confident that Admirsl law will handle my case very well again.
Now I have had a good experience with them then I am much more likely to remain with Admiral insurance going forward.

At first it was a slow start with my claim as anticipated but I was than passed to a case handler who was so helpful and everything started moving very fast pace I can’t thank Paneet and the team at Admiral enough!

Do not take out Legal Cover with Admiral . It is a scam.
Firstly , if you make a claim with Admiral , they do not correspond with Admiral Law, so you have to go through the whole claim again. Secondly , Admiral Law will only pursue a claim for a little while , after which you are then asked for more money , if you would like them to carry on the claim.

Bethan one of the case workers was extremely patient and helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding my claim.

The woman I spoke to was clear and helpful, also very thorough.

My claim has been going on for 2 years and I’m no further on

I have jsut been asked for the reg number of the car it was a bus that drove off 2 years later asking me this.

My complaints been in for weeks and no one has even read it and the manager doesn’t know the complaint procedure.

Absolutely awful. My claim has been ongoing now for 16 months and communication is terrible. I’ve been with Admiral car insurance for 6/7 years and will now be renewing my insurance with a different company.
