I have a case ongoing from 7/1/26 to which I've done all that's been requested each time. In April I messaged to find out what was going on and was asked to send more information which I did and no one contacts unless I message not even an acknowledgement that the information has been received.

I am still dealing with a matter that has been ongoing for over 12 months. They changed case handlers half way through and it seemed that the whole process started again. They also did this with my passenger 1 year in as well. They have different reasons every time you speak with them on how they seem to drag out the process. I have raised a complaint as well as my passenger on the same issues and they acknowledged that things had gone wrong and offered compensation. however a different amount for each of us. They can never give you a straight answer and when you ask to speak with someone they either never call back or you are told they may not ring you back. No action can be taken there and then as i think most work from home so don't actually know when people are working nor do they hand things over if they are on annual leave. It is just a constant roundabout that you never seem to get off, while they are racking up billable hours. I just want the nightmare to be over. This process has been more traumatic than the accident over 18 month ago.
