I am going to add to the many reviews expressing dissatisfaction over the company’s customer service. I ordered the dermaplaner 3 weeks ago. I received a tracking number and for the last 2 weeks, it shows that the product has been stationary at a USPS facility in Florida. When I emailed 5minskin’s customer service they indicated that the shipment was in transit and that the tracking number should be updated in a few days. The shipment is still in Florida and has not moved. I once again reached out to the company and was told that they had been out of the product and that they just got more in to fulfill mine and everyone else’s order that was waiting. I was once again told that the tracking number should update in the next few days. Why not state that the “item is out of stock and you will be notified of when it comes back in stock”? I purchased an out of stock item! Is that even legal to take my money for a product that they don’t even have?? So my item HASN’T been sitting at a facility in Florida, which btw, is a total misrepresentation of truth and a complete dishonest way of doing business.

It’s been almost a month. The promo code disappeared from order so they said they’d price adjust and haven’t gotten it. I also haven’t received the product either!?

I want to start by saying, it really works if you follow the strict schedule! It is not fake or a gimmick.
I did read some bad reviews but can honestly say, I had responses quickly and problems solved. My first device was defective sadly but the company made things right fast. So far, no problems with my second 2.0. I'm 5 weeks in and my underarms are.so smooth. Legs are amazing. I'm being patient and sticking to the program for bikini area. Stick to the plan! It works!

This device didn’t work for me. I followed the return process and it was approved.

I ordered the product which advertises that it works on all skin types and hair color. I read instructions in product received and it says not for use on fair skin and white hair. They did accept return after multiple requests and no response. # listed was not even answered. I returned it and they acknowledged receiving it. Now 30 dats later No refund received.

The return experience has been awful. The product didn't work well for me, so I decided to return it less than 60 days after purchasing. I have confirmation the product was returned 2 weeks ago. I have reached out to the company three times trying to understand when I will see a refund and have received zero response. If they don't plan to refund my money, why offer a 90-day return?

I have been using the device 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks and have seen very little difference. It takes up to 40 minutes per leg. I’m very disappointed with this product.

This is an update to a previous review where I gave a one star. After months of trying to get in touch with the company and after filing a negative review I finally received a call from their one and only customer service rep. He was very pleasant and did address my concerns. In my original order I had not received the face spray for the dermaplane tool that did come with my order. I also wanted to buy replacement blades which were not offered on the website. He did let me order two sets of replacement blades and he assured me I would receive the face spray. It was less than a week and I did receive the spray and the blades. The dermaplane tool is 4 stars. It works very well although the blades need changing twice during one shave, which makes it quite expensive. The spray is terrible. It drips all over even after you shake it well. I will still use the dermaplane tool because it is better than others I have tried. I do think they should hire more customer service reps. That is their biggest problem.

I ordered the face device in January. Here it is the middle of February and I have no product, no tracking information or updates.
I email and get the same response. They are sorry for the delay and will take care of it. Right.
Scam for sure.

I purchased on a sale that made it very reasonable. I have used about 4 times now and I have seen a reduction in the curse hair and bumps. The only thing that could make this better is using it cordless.

I bought my package on Black Friday…. We are now almost to Valentine’s Day and I still have not received my full order. Apparently no one can do anything except look into it. But they can send me text messages and emails to buy more… you scammed me once, sham on me.
Don’t waste you’re money like I did.

Well, so far it looks like it's working good but I only used it for a week so I don't know until I use it for a while, but I think it's gonna work great

I’ve ordered the product from the website almost a month ago, wasting almost $200 and there hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ve purchased under the “free 2-5 days shipping” phrase and I’m really disappointed since I’ve tried to reach them and they just answered once on instagram. If my money isn’t refund or the order is delivered my next step is getting on instagram and try to advise everyone that this is a SCAM.
