I finally got my new sonic dermaplaner tool. I have had to reach out to customer service a couple of times, and it's been so refreshing to get quick and outstanding responses. I can't think of anything better than to back up your product with this type of service. I am sold!!!

They avoided all phone calls and send right to voicemail; then a response with oh sorry, blah, blah.
took one month and a day for their 2-4 day shipping. Joke. Spray that was supposed to come with it was never included. Left voicemails in plenty of time for them to cancel my order and refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just read your review to contact you by phone or email. Why would I do this when it failed miserably the 4 times I did try. The voice mails I left asking you to cancel and refund my card, and I did include my order number all fell on deaf ears. You did state it one reply there was nothing you could do. My comment back was shame on you for not even trying. Perhaps you can offer solutions in the future and dont state you ship in 2 to 4 days. All I wanted was my order cancelled and a refund.

I ordered and paid for the 5minskin Electric Dermaplanning Tool + free identifier spray in December 2024. It is now over a month since the order was placed and there has been no progress in my order. I have emailed the company twice and they state that the delay is due to unexpected surge in demands, after my second email they stated that they were going to get in touch with the warehouse and look into it.
I have now requested a refund although I fear that I have just lost my money. 😡

I purchased the 5miniskin IPL and received it on the estimated delivery date. I have used it twice on my legs, underarms and bikini area and I already see the results. I usually have to shave every 1 to 2 days but on the 3rd day I really didn’t have to shave, but I did since I was going to use the IPL again. I am very happy with the results. I gave it 4 stars because I thought I had accidentally ordered 2 and when I called customer service, the phone went straight to full voice mail so I figured I was going to have problems getting to customer service. The good thing was that after I went back and looked at my order I had updated my order to only 1. Love the product.

I ordered a single product then got an email the next day saying they had "updated" my order by adding another product for $173 that I did not want. Customer service phone number doesn't work, I emailed and was told they "don't give refunds", have reported them to paypal and my bank for fraud.

They refuse to respond to emails and calls - their website states that you must contact them first before getting a refund on a return - since they messed up the original order and it tooki far too long to get a partial order, I want to return what i did receive for a refund. They are nonresponsive to the BBB, but they leave these false caring responses on trust pilot but never follow through in responding to the messages or emails sent. This company doesn't stand by their product or policies. The only recourse I have is to help others not make the same mistake I did by ordering from them.

Customer service problems

I ordered the laser hair removal device start of December as a Christmas gift. I ordered the £40 creams package aswell as their basic deal which should have included creams.
When it arrived, very late... they had not included my £40 of creams and the basic package creams were missing too. Total value missing £70 of product.
Customer service offered me back a refund but not for All the missing items. No word from them since and no confirmation of any refund yet.
I guess I'll contact my credit card company next.
I wouldn't buy from this company. Pain to deal with. Missing items. No refunds yet...

This is what they advertised. All I recieved was the dermaplaning tool. When I emailed I was told due to high volumes of sales there was no more
hair identifier spray, and they would refund me $5.00. Seriously why are you advertising something you can't supply. Regret going with this company, because they should fulfill their promise.

Bought the same items ordered 12/15 w/free 2-4 day delivery and only received the demaplaner shipped on 12/26 and delivered 1/07. I spoke to customer service and was told to send a picture as proof (delay tactic imo)I sent the pictures of order and dermaplaner. I then received an email saying to confirm I received the dermaplaner planer with a 6 blades in the box and only require the spray. I responded with an email with again a picture of the order form as well as a picture of the FAQ section of the instructions inside the box which states the dermaplaner planer itself comes with 6 blades and the order depicts an additional 6 months that I paid for. I requested an explanation for this issue because they cannot charge an additional price for what product already inside the box. Now I’ve been ghosted no return emails and no one answers the phone.
And may I add the tool is a cheap piece of crap. They only show 5 star reviews on their website and I’ve noticed that for every bad review there is a 5 star review right after the bad review. I’ll bet there will be a 5 star review immediately after this review.

Customer service is non existent.
I ordered a dermaplaning tool with a free identifier spray and 6 replacement blades on December 2-2024.
Says shipping in 2 to 4 days. Yesterday I finally received a package. There is only the dermaplaning tool. Haven’t received the free spray or the 6 replacement blades I paid for .
I’ve tried to email and call. The 1-800 number says the mailbox is full. Nice. I guess I’ll have to contact my credit card company

please please it’s been almost two months trying to refund my money I bought a leaser hair removal on Black Friday week and I received the order but my doctor told me to not use laser on my skin I have skin infection so I returned the order with every item and they received the order on dec 16 and I called them on dec 20 and they said they going to refund me the money 7 to 14 days I waited THREE WEEKS AND I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME IN 24 HOURS THEY GOING TO REFUND BACK THE MONEY AND THEY ONLY SENT BACK 102 AND I BOUGHT THIS LASER 305 I AM SO PISS I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS THE WORST LESER EVER Don’t EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN PLEASE I F THEY SEE THIS PLEASE SEND BACK THE REST OF THE MONEY PLEASE I AM NOT A RICH ASS FOR YOU GUYS TO TAKE MY MONEY this is my second review on here S167401

It appears this is not a legit company and total rip off. I have sent numerous emails requesting a return address so I may get a refund per their website. No response and the customer service number listed rang and eventually forwarded me to voicemail. No return call and they must have blocked my number as it now says mailbox full and no ring. I’m afraid to return as I’ve seen other reviews where customers did not get a refund. Unfortunate that crooks are able to operate in this manner. Stay away and purchase off Amazon. At least they know how to treat their customers.

Was really hoping this would be a good purchase. Sculpt 2.0. BUT, power button only turns unit on. Have to unplug unit to turn by off. Flash didn’t work. At all. Tried calling customer service - “mailbox is full.”
If you’re going to try it, buy through Amazon because 5minskin is charging me $18 to return a defective item and there was no option in the return process to indicate the product was defective - only that it “didn’t work.”

Was guaranteed a refund on November 29th, 2024 and have not seen a refund. It has been six weeks, I’ve sent four follow up emails with no response and their phone number on the website does not work (just redirects to a full mailbox). I’m extremely frustrated.

Edit: To my surprise I have received my refund! While I think this company has a long way to go on timeliness and customer service, I am very pleased to have received the full agreed upon refund. THANK YOU.

Terrible company with awful customer service. I made a purchase in September 2024 and decided the device wasn't for me after 2 uses. Immediately emailed company to start a return. I was given the option to keep the item and receive a 50% return. I said no, and asked for a return label and my full refund. Sent my item back early November 2024. I waited a good 30 days to see my refund, but nothing. have emailed five times asking where my refund is. No answers and no one will respond. Absolutely horrendous as now I am out over $200 for nothing. This is theft!!

Do not purchase from this company. Order took over a month to arrive and when it did it was incomplete. Have been emailing multiple times over the past two weeks with no response. Absolute nightmare, completely untrustworthy
Responding on your reply - absolutely untrue, I emailed the same address you gave me on the 27/12, 30/12, 3/1, and 8/1. This just further enforces my original view

I have sent multiple emails for a return/refund, as well as leaving 3 voicemails. NO response.

The device gets way too hot and has NOT been effective at all.

Ordered 9/17/24, rec'd sometime by 9/26/24. On 12/9/24 I received an email with tips for using the device, after submitting a less than favorable review. No response since.
After a couple of emails and calls, I DID finally receive a refund. It seems all home laser hair removal devices are not as good/effective as advertised.
