I ordered from this company and received an item I could not use as the item had the wrong plug on it for where Iived. I requested a refund and was told it would be in my account soon and I am still waiting for that and a reply to my other emails regarding my refund. TERRIBLE customer service, AVOID at all costs, I am now out of pocket by a lot of money for me!

DO NOT ORDER FROM 5 MIN SKIN!
I purchased a laser ipl hair removal device and after 10 weeks it had not provided lasting results as promised. I shipped the item back for a refund March 2 and am still waiting for a refund 2 months later. The customer service has been terribly unprofessional and slow and processing refunds. It's not even worth ordering the item in the first place since it doesn't give the results as promised and now I'm out $250

As I aged my mustache grew lol really didn’t want to shave but did a few times and plucking is too painful. Purchased this to give it a try. Have been doing every other day for 6 weeks now, am pleased with results. Figure according to paperwork I’ll give it another 4 weeks and hopefully that removes my mustache permanently! Yeah! Just remember, time, patience, consistency- pays off. Thank you!

Laser hair removal product doesn’t work at all. Have used once or twice a week for 4 months with no visible slowing of hair growth. Save your time and money and move on past 5min Skin.

I ordered the products and later changed my mind about it. So, I returned it. It's been over a month since I returned it and still no refund. I called and never able to get through. I don't recommit this product. There quick to take the money out of your account but not refund it. Please stay away of this.

I've used the 2.0 5 minskin device 5 treatments now, and it has nearly eliminated the hair on my legs (not very course, medium brown). I wish the unit didn't get so hot with use, even on a 3 of 5 setting. It's difficult to do all the areas I want at one time, so I take a break for 15 minutes to give it a rest; but, it gets just as hot as it was after a few blasts. Excited to see additional results, though, in the coming weeks.

The company responsed,3/16 stating they have sent emails. We have been emailing and I have still not received the refund $135 promised. I called today and Ella from Asia said it has not be sent from the Miami finance department.

Terrible customer service. They have not refunded my money after 31 days of waiting. They confirmed 10 days ago that they received the returned product but have NOT deposited the money into my account.

I’m enraged by the audacity of this company to not prioritize the returning of a customers money. The product wasn’t even used! The instructions said not to use if you have a specific condition or are while on a specific medication—both of which I have/take. I didn’t see this info anywhere else so it was disappointing when I got the product and realized I had to return it. Now I’m further disappointed that I’ve not received my money back.

Update: After posting this review, the company suddenly wrote to me saying they refunded my money. So finally, after 4 weeks to the day, I’ve finally got my refund.

I’m not impressed by this company at all. Poor business practices and customer service.

The product came to me and I had used it once when the power adapter had failed so I got ahold of customer support and they issued me an entire new unit at no cost so so far I would say I'm happy and will return for future purchases. On a side note the sculpt. 2.0 works great and is pain free great product.

I ordered my 2.0 5min skin device. I'm not sure if it does or does not work, as I never opened the package. The customer service, so called phone number is a complete JOKE! All it is a number where you can leave a voice-mail. Contacting Customer Service via email is the way to go. I did get my refund, but it took quite awhile. The point is that I DID get it! They were always helpful, professional and listened to me as a person. Thank you! That is why I gave my review 4 stars. Also, the entire process started in 09/??//24 and ended on 03/28/25. Please be patient. It is definitely the key.

The delivery and coupons all worked out fine . Just didn't have a chance to try out the product yet .

My 5minute skin device has stopped working. I don't remember the exact date I purchased it but It hasn't been used often enough to quit.
The green light comes on but I can't get it to activate the front lights which are necessary for it to work.

I purchased 5MinSkin MicroSculpt + Hyaluronic Acid Serum and more product ($227.00) in January 2025 from 5minskin. I noticed a "nic", (pin head size) on the left roller on my third use the other day. I asked is it safe to use, no answer. I didn't drop the product, so it was over looked at shipment, my first microscult. I called customer service 6 times, left a messages, and no response. I sent 2 emails, still no response, when they tried to sell me more. Their customer service dept is non-existent at anytime of day or night. I am going to purchase from a company that stands behind its product. I don't recommend 5minskin, no, no no.
3/17- I read 5 minskin's response, note no person to contact nor contract info and no message in my spam, NOTHING. I called them again(7th time), their customer service number 888-860-1504 and got a recording, we are busy with others, leave a message and we will call. No call for me, still waiting, a bunch of BS, don't deal with this company, they take your money and forget about your concerns, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!

Ive been doing lazer on my body all my life. I leave at the beach. People dont expect results if you are not constantly responable with your sections! Ian very satisfied to have this at home, is so easy and painless. Also you save thousands of $$$$ in salon treatments like i did. I rem i said years ago i wish i have that huge machine at home, lol then boom i have one small and easy. I bought my mother onr for her bday to! O have had No problems at all neither mom. Shipping was great, the discount was great, well overall iam happy ass F*** as i said be respondable and shoot those hairs every 2 days and hard hair shoot them 3 times!!!! So they burn baby. And 3-5 times a week! I love to see them hairs burn. It works just be responsable. Beleive me i been more than 8 yrs dealing with lazer not b.c they grow back same NO they have died alot, its just that i hate hairs.

Love this product!! I have struggled with shaving daily for 40 years, but finally have found a product that actually works. It is time consuming, but well worth it. After several weeks of using 5Minskin I can now go several days without shaving my legs. I am super pumped about the results. Be sure to read the directions, you will need to give it breaks to cool it down. Have found it only works on dark hair. Highly recommend.

This dermaplaning tool is incredible It provides a gentle exfoliation that feels luxurious.

I ordered a product, the money has been taken, I have had no email confirmation, I tried to call, email, contact via instagram, I have had no response, nothing, this company cannot be legitimate. I paid via pay pal so hoping to resolve this. They are a con. Do not purchase from them.

I would like to add that they have not emailed me as they have said. I have checked my inbox and junk mail, there is no response. They are also deleting and and hiding my instagram comments in my attempt to make contact with them.
