My purchase had been unopened and put in a closet…forgotten. I recently found it; opened it; and read the instructions manual. That’s when I realized I couldn’t use this product due to medical conditions. I contacted Customer Service. I was beyond impressed and pleased with the kind and understanding response I was given. Truly my nicest Customer Service experience ever!

I ordered the Sculpt 2.0 IPL device on 23 April. It arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. After opening the box and reading the directions, I understood that the device will not work for me because of my hair color (something I never saw clearly stated on the website). I immediately emailed customer service and requested a refund. The response I received back stated that the device works great and I should gift the device to someone else (no apology or concern).. They offered me a 50% refund since they said it would be a bigger hassle to return the product. Although I was not happy, I agreed to the discounted refund. Yet, here it is 3 weeks later and I have not received any refund amount. I've sent numerous emails, but always get the same response that they are working to expedite my refund. In my experience 5minskin has terrible customer service and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Was not able to use the product due to a medical condition. Customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend this company for future products!

A quick response from customer support and ready agreement for a refund.

So I accidentally ordered the wrong item, I asked for a return label by email. It seems like we emailed back and forth two or three times and I was never sent a return label. I just took it upon myself to eat the charges to send it back. I’m not very impressed at all and I will not be ordering from this company again.

It was easy to use, and I am happy with my purchase.

If I could give 5minskin zero stars I would, buyer beware this company is a scam. Good luck trying to get a refund from them, all communication with them is useless. I'll be logging a formal complaint with the BBB.

Gentle, easy to use, and really effective for removing peach fuzz and exfoliating the skin. Leaves my face feeling super smooth and looking more radiant. It’s painless and much quicker than manual dermaplaning. Definitely a great addition to my skincare routine.

I made this purchase for a birthday gift & her birthday is still 2 months away. The sale, ordering process, & shipping have all been great. I will update after July, when she's had a chance to use it.

My order was missing a part of it and I had so many things going on iat the time I had no idea and by the time I had the time to realize it I thought its been way to long to complain so I just let it go. When I did deside to say something explaining the situation. To my surprise this company turns out to be a class act. Not only did they offer to either send me what I was missing or refund me for what I was missing. They were very commassionate and caring of what I'd been though. There are very few companies that would have been so kind, helpful and caring.

I was yy happy to recieve a quick reply and my issue was resolved.

Bad customer service. I placed an order and 5 minutes after I submitted it realized it was the wrong delivery address. I called twice and sent emails and no one ever responded. So now it is being sent to the wrong address. I will call my credit card company to cancel the charge since I can't seem to get them to respond to correct it. Don't use this company!!!
So apparently in spite of the comments below my order is STILL going to the wrong address!!! Credit card company is my next call for a full refund!!!

I ordered the 5minute skin to see if it would be helpful. I figured why not?, it has a guarantee. After following instructions for 10 weeks I decided it was not for me. They sent me a free return label and told me there was a small restocking fee which was no big deal. They replied to my emails and refunded my money. Great company if you ask me, they do exactly as they say.👍

Andreas was amazing. Replied promptly to my requests. Helped me with my issue and resolved it expediently. Was so kind and professional. An amazing ambassador for your company!
