Unfortunately my electric dermaplaning tool never held its charge from the beginning and then finally didn’t work at all.
Fortunately when it did work it did the job.
I must commend 5minSkin on their customer service. After receiving quick responses to my emails I now have a replacement on the way 🤞

I am unable to use the hair removal device because I didn't find the chart about hair color until I was reading the pamphlet getting ready to use it. My hair is white/gray, the root is the same, and since the device needs pigment to work effectively, chances are low that it will work on me.
However, customer service was a joy to work with and I am getting a refund. Everything else about the purchase was smooth and easy. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact I didn't find the hair color chart on the website as it is buried within in a place not easily seen.

I bought one of 5MinSkin's products and unfortunately, it didn’t work out the way the product description said it would (customer error or product error - not sure). I was honestly disappointed, and it felt frustrating at first. But I reached out via email to their support team, and they responded within two business days—which already felt super reassuring.

After following the steps they provided, we couldn’t reach a fix right away. So I brought up the fact that the product’s messaging didn’t match what I experienced. Again, they replied quickly and instead of brushing me off, they stood by their product and their promise to support customers.

They fully resolved the issue with professionalism and care. I’ve dealt with companies that just ignore feedback or shift blame—but 5MinSkin really showed what customer service should look like. Respectful, responsive, and responsible. That means a lot to me.

Extraordinary customer service! I like the products very much, they are easy to use and effective--I had difficulty with a faulty spray and customer service was immediately responsive, very professional and at the same time warm, and worked with me to be sure that I got a satisfactory result. Xouldn't have been better!

Excellent customer service, I have used it only twice so far, seen good results, it certainly slows down the growing process. Before using 5 minskin I used a ffew years ago Tria and had already less hair. Researched and got good reviews for 5minskin. I used the highest setting and it was not bad for the bikini area. Would totally recommend.

Customer service is extremely awesome. If you have a problem or question , they will respond quickly. I have been using my device for a little over a year and I did see results. I noticed less hair under my underarms and face. Just make it part of your weekly routine and you will see a difference. I’m glad I bought this device!

I was disappointed I had to follow up on my refund. However, it was granted immediately in a pleasant manner.

It was easy to use, and I am happy with my purchase. However, I am not so crazy about the spray, which is very clumpy.

Worked well, results were clear in only a couple weeks for dark spots and in days for acne

I am really impressed by how awesome 5MinSkin personnel are! Whenever I have had an issue ( the last was not even their doing ),my contact, Andreas, always remains helpful and professional. He has responded quickly and politely, always ensuring he will do everything he can to make things right. I think the true sign of a good company is when something goes wrong ( like a coupon code not working for instance) and representatives are supportive and helpful. I am very happy with the various products I have purchased from 5MinSkin from serums to hair removal devices/ anti-aging attachments and MicroPulse 2 devices. I also really appreciate that they now have a warehouse in Canada for their Canadian customers. They have great promotions and free shipping. Really solid company that I am happy to do business with!

This product didn’t work for me. And yes I meet the light skin darker hair demographic they state it works best on. I used it on my face and it did lighten the hair and maybe slowed the growth but I don’t think so. It didn’t work on my underarms at all, and I have been using it well more than the noted amount of time it states to use it.

If there was a zero star option that is what I’d give this company. Customer service will NOT respond to the 3 emails I’ve sent them. DO NOT ORDER from them!
