Great service from this company. My fire was on back order so I paid for it upfront and waited 2 months for delivery. However I was aware that would be the case. Karla kept us up to date and fire arrived on time. Well packaged and exactly as described. The ethanol also arrived with the burner all well packaged and part of the package. I would have no hesitation buying from this company again. Very good customer service and nothing too much. Lovely to speak to someone who understood and responded so well with knowledge of their products and good advice given.

The service I received was outstanding from my first enquiry when they took time to answer my questions about the product to the time after delivery.
Karla was in contact throughout the time when I placed my order, keeping me informed of progress and ensuring my purchase was delivered directly to me from the manufacturer.

The 3x3 metre Aluminium pergola I ordered was delivered within 7 days. It was erected earlier than I had hoped for, the guys who erected it worked very hard through awful weather, to leave me very satisfied of a job well done.

Bought a 3 x 4m NOVA TITAN Pergola earlier this year and it was refreshing to find that there were no parts missing! I assembled the pergola on my own, apart from approximately 30 mins assistance from my wife. It did involve me leaning one ‘goal post’ against the adjacent garage and using my landing net pole strapped to the other ‘goal post’ so my wife could support it and make slight movements to enable me to slot the side beams in. Everything fitted together really well and is easy for a competent DIY person to do. I had to source my own fixing down bolts due to distance from surface of paving slabs down to my concrete base. A great product.

Ben and his team arrived mid morning and stayed late to get the job finished. It looks amazing with the LEDs installed. Highly recommended

I needed a 6x3 wall mounted pergola in pebble for the back of my house, there was none in stock UK wide. I spoke to Woodlark and they informed me that there fitters could customise a free standing one to wall mounted. Service from Karla good throughout, the fitters were 10/10 and i would 100% use this company again.
