Fantastic products - delivered on time and assembled brilliantly. Overall fantastic service. Mark and Paul were very professional and efficient.
We bought a pergola and new outdoor furniture from Whitestores in Hertford. Eleanor was excellent on sales and found the best options for our patio.
All went without a hitch and we are very pleased with the results. Hoping to eat al fresco as much as possible as our patio has been turned into a wonderful place !

Ant and Ollie were very pleasant and polite guys. They turned up on time and delivered a number of heavy items with the minimum of fuss to the spot we wanted in the garden.

The installation date was moved to a later date which was inconvenient and a real let down due to an event I had organised for Easter weekend. When installation took place the lights I had installed come down within 10 minutes of installing I called customer service straight away. The resolution totally unacceptable. Poor communication from start to finish. Do not recommend!

pergola and screens are great quality, very sturdy with all parts included. Instructions not the most clear but lots of videos online make it obvious what to do. I ordered the wrong size of screen but they were very helpful in collecting that one and sending another.

Table cover thinner than the original one bought with the dining set, with fidly straps and pull cords. Expected the adjustable centre post to be in tables parasol hole or attached to parasol post lower section ,not a flimsy plastic affair with straps to keep it in position meaning that it is a major job to fit the cover.

We were pleased with the article that we purchased from you. The only problem was with the courier. We were told the time of arrival of our package but they only brought one package and there should have been two. That meant that we had to wait until the next day for the remaining parcel to be delivered.

We preorder some garden furniture which was delivered a little later than originally estimated but the communication and delivery was good. We had an issue with our cover being the wrong size but Millie was very efficient and corrected it so quickly and was lovely to interact with.

Wow what customer service! My issue was resolved in no time at all and in a professional and friendly manner. The member of staff I dealt with was Millie who even sent me an email to explain fully when I would be receiving my replacement item.
