I can not praise this company enough. Their service goes beyond all expectations. From initial contact with Emma through to ordering and then completion of the order to delivery with Freddie nothing was too much trouble for them.
Mine was a complex order and they even contacted the manufacturer for measurement and after delivery wanted photos of the finished project.
I really felt confident and valued as a customer and would advise anyone to use them in the future. They are highly recommended from me and will be in the future if anyone asks for advice.

I hadn’t heard of this company before, but i was specific what I wanted and their website was great and easy to navigate.

i wanted to buy a Nova Titan Pergola and blinds in Pebble. I had seen the same on another site but with a free heater, and this company matched that which was great.

I had a chat with Emma , and lots of updates from Freddie, and they really added a personal customer service touch to my order and enquiry.

I was kept up to date with despatch and delivery which was seamless - even the delivery driver Tony was really helpful and put the item exactly where I requested

We ordered additional items from them after this delivery, the Nova Cook Cab and some blinds for the Pergola as we were so impressed!

That order and delivery were great too. We had follow up emails to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Communication from start to finish with this company was amazing , we were so pleased to have put our trust in them.

We are going to purchase another blind for the pergola soon , and we wont hesitate to buy from here.

Gardens of Style were a great firm to deal with. A fast, efficient & friendly service. We ordered a Nova Gazebo from them. They telephoned to agree a delivery date. The product arrived on time, delivered by a very helpful delivery driver and was followed by a telephone call to ensure we were happy. Assembly instructions were emailed in advance and the product itself is very well engineered and arrived very well packed and protected. The instructions were well prepared and easy to follow. All parts were present and there were a few spare bolts. I would highly recommend both Gardens of style and Nova.

Good price for the pergola screen with installation as an add-on. The installers worked around some minor alignment issues with the main pergola and all was finished in less than 1 hour.

The order arrived as planned very nice delivery team put the order in the rear garden very helpful

The aluminium gazebo was easy to install following the instructions, it provided helpful information. Frame was lightweight which made it a hassle-free experience when it came to lifting and securing posts in place.

We recently purchased a Nova Titan 4x3m pergola from Gardens of Style and have been very impressed with the whole experience.

From the initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare, Freddie and Emma were consistently helpful, responsive and professional. The pre-purchase support including visuals to help with positioning made it much easier to feel confident about the decision.

After installation we noticed two damaged louvres. Once flagged, the replacements were ordered promptly and communication was clear throughout. The follow-up from the team was proactive and the issue was resolved smoothly and without fuss.

The pergola itself looks fantastic and has genuinely transformed the space.

Overall, I would describe the service as gold standard - attentive, efficient and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gardens of Style.

We ordered a pergola and were kept up to date on all aspects of the purchase - she was not pushy at all but kept in touch, adjusted the quotations when we amended our order, liaised re delivery (which was seamless) and followed up to check all was well. We really appreciated that she gave advice on construction when we had a few questions as we were installing ourself.
We were worried about going with a smaller company but never regretted our decision - it only served to make it a better experience.

Their was a faulty screen delivered and Emma was quick to talk through possible resolutions and a solution was found. We ordered a Maze Como Pergola and the service was excellent. Unfortunately we encountered an issue with the landscaping of our garden which meant we were unable to take delivery of the Pergola as planned. Emma was really understanding and helpful in storing the Pergola for a long as possible until we were ready. The service we received was first class and professional

I ordered some shadow Louvre panels for my pergola , as the company p purchase the pergola didn’t have them in stock & wouldn’t let me pre order , I found Emma on google search , they don’t normally sell the panels without the pergola but she did & I must say it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with her company , she has kept us informed through the whole process , it’s a shame more companies don’t take the same pride , I would definitely use her again & recommend 100%
