Wilson Melbourne 

New scam on Facebook. Beware ˋˋRegretfully closing business ´´ ads. Purporting to be in Melbourne but just another Chinese junk goods company. I bought orthopaedic leather sandals. Plastic with thin soles.

Website suggests it is based in Australia. Clothing when it arrives comes from China & is of extremely poor quality & made of terrible material. Returns are welcome with full refund if not totally satisfied EXCEPT that you are required to seek their approval to return it & they appear extremely reluctant to provide approval & you must return it to China at your cost.

Not an Australian company - deceiving name and shipment from CHINA and cheap plastic shoes

Very shoddy items - do not buy anything from this company. This company is not Australian - goods come from Asian somewhere. The photos on their website are taken from genuine websites and their goods are counterfeit and not fit for purpose but fit for the bin - I wasted my money and can't wear the items.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam and a rip-off. They offer you a 14-day money-back guarantee. But look closer. It's 14 days from the date the order was placed. The products arrived but they were rubbish. I tried to instigate a return but their website is set up to fail your attempts. Contacting customer service is a waste. They write back and tell you someone will be in touch with you. They give you no help to get the problem sorted. This goes on until the 14-day guarantee safely expires. I threw the garments out! A total waste of time and money!!!

Think this is a scam as I have bought 3 pairs of shoes in 2 orders and they are stuck in Brisbane since 25 October. I have tried to contact them twice and the first response said they were looking into it and have not had a second response. Will wait a couple more days and if no response or not leaving Brisbane, will go through PayPal to get my money back

If I could give a negative review I would.They advertise as a Melbourne shoe company-orthopaedic shoes-going out of business so discounted but hey leather so 49.95 plus per pair is reasonable.They are a scam company-you get the shoes but they are so cheap and plastic and hey have no labels on them.They don't even bother putting them in shoe boxes.This is a scam company-very well presented and yep drop shipped from China-avoid and contact your bank/credit card as no labelling means illegal for sale in Australia/NZ.All items need to have a care label,in english/permanent and even if they are shoes.These shoddy products are illegal!The website is very professional and yes there is a shoe company-Wilson based in Melbourne but i think it is defunct.Anyway 30 day returns-yeah right,money back guarantee-yep,will try to play the game but hey will report them to scamadvisor/trustpilot/anywhere I can actually what a scam company.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Misleading SCAM Shop Front - Buyer BewareCame across an add on Facebook, Closing Down Sale. I was very impressed with what they had to offer and the pricing was pretty good. I was after a new summer dress for that special occasion and the dress I chose ARIA was advertised as being a Linen/Cotton Blend. Yes support an Australian Business or so I thought.
I was excited to see that this dress was still in stock so I placed my order and only after searching the web for a review on this company. As I could not find anything both in complaints nor reviews I thought this shop was genuine.

It was only when I received an email back from Wilson-Melbourne with tracking that I realised I had been scammed. The item was coming from China and NOT from a shop front in Melbourne.

When I received my package I noted that the return address on the shipping label was TEMU's Sydney return address. Yes I have managed to purchase an item 3 times the price on Temu and not only that if I want to return I have to pay shipping costs to China.

To make matters worse the material was not Linen/Cotton Blend but a nasty Polyester/Spandex blend.

Good morning all
I am writing in respect to an order I received last night which I must add is very disappointing.
Firstly this item was shipped directly from China and not at al from your closing down store.
Ieven noted that the actual parcel has a return address which ni fact is TEMU.
Look its business I know and yes I fell for it, but when I receive an item which is cheap and nasty and not at al as advertised this is false advertising.
The dress Ireceived was noted as being made from ablend of coton and linen and what did Iget acheap nasty Polyester/Elastane blend. Yes there si no labeling on this dress which si more frightening for the unaware.
fI you could please get back to me with your comments and how Imay return this item, this would be greatly appreciated.
