Shoes are such poor quality you could not trust to wear them. They are advertised as leather and orthopaedic. Definitely neither of those things.

Forwarding address for return was ridiculous and shipping an exorbitant cost.

This company proports to be Melbourne based and they are not, I cancelled my order with them within hours of order placement and they have refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,

Wish I read the reviews before buying from this sham company. The “leather orthopaedic” sandals were a cheap vinyl imitation that I would be embarrassed to wear in public. Was offered 25%refund which of course never eventuated. Was given a return address in China, but didn’t want to risk paying the return postage. 😡

Would give a minus if I could.

This company is a SCAM.
As other people have said the shoes are very cheap tat, the sizing is way out and they are definitely not orthopaedic shoes.
Deceitfully claiming to be in Melbourne when the shoes were shipped out from China.

Ordered a pair of shoes a month ago, they sent a email saying the order was been organised, now now delivery no response from the company after emails been sent and the tracker just comes up in Geelong, no wonder the business is going out of business, please don't buy from the company

If i was able to give this company 0 I would. Adsolutely disgusted with the company. Silly me I didnt read the reviews , the name is very misleading NOT an Australian company . I bought from them thinking I was buying good Australian products. I attempted to cancel my purchase but was told unalbe to do that as the item had already been shipped what a load of rubbish it hadn't they didnt arrive for 3 weeks could hvae cancelled the order. Iwa also offered 10% discount but would have to return items at my own expense. The shoes I ordered were too small (yet I ordered larger than my size) the handbag is suppose to leather , not sure what type of leather it is but it smells funny and is very cheap and nasty. I emailed the company to inform them that the products are rubbish was tole once again I can return at my own expense. I informed them that I now taking it to Paypal as I would like a full refund. Iwas also offered 20% discount on anyother purchases, but how can that be they are closing down????

This is not an Australian based company. They are based in China masquerading as a company in Melbourne.
The goods take many weeks to arrive.
When I contacted them as my goods had not arrived, they kept emailing me to say that they had no record of my order and then, it was my order was incomplete with no payment. I checked my bank account and the money had been withdrawn on the day of my online order.
I only suddenly received my order after weeks of them stalling because I lodged a complaint through PayPal.
The dresses are poor quality and nothing like the photos / style advertised on the website.
After reading other reviews here, and from my own experience with this company's stalling tactics and inefficiency, I don't think I would get a genuine refund with a return of goods if I tried.
Shame on you "Wilson Melbourne" whoever you really are.

Absolute scam, idiot me purchased 3 pairs of orthopaedic shoes from this evil company total spend was $160.00. They arrived today and they are not the shoes I ordered. The first pair I opened the buckle fell off, they are the cheapest and nastiest things I have ever seen, all 3 pairs are in the bin, I could not even consider donating them. I am the fool being new to ordering online I didn't read the reviews. PLEASE LOVELY HONEST FOLKS OUT THERE NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING SCAM HOUSE.

If I could give her a low star rating I would. I ordered two pairs of sandals on sale orthotics and haven’t even received them and don’t even get an answer or response from them. Can’t even contact them absolute scam.

Bought Sandals, not good quality. One pair of Sandals poorly designed and shaped, gaping on the side. So I decided to send back for a guaranteed full refund. I received an email to say I need to pay the cost of postage not to Melbourne but China! This is not an Australian company as they report to be. And the leather is not great for the price. Don't waste your money.

Sadly received shoes are poor quality and not the same design as advertised on website. Not orthopaedic and not even flexible and soft. Definitely not value for money spent on these shoes.

Order no. #7271 The advertisement for this dress said order one size smaller than you would normally wear so I did. The size I received is probably two sizes too small for me!

Rubbish. They purport to be a Melbourne business class and down, so the owners can retire. Lots of beautiful things all of that image stolen. What I got from them was rubbish doesn’t even have a label or a care card or any information about where it was made. I found this on Facebook. I should have known better do not buy on Facebook without using trust pilot.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this company... here is my email when I received their goods - this explains it all... they refused to refund goods unless they arrive safely, at my cost, back in the warehouse in CHINA!

I have just received your delivery of goods (3 pairs of Laura – Ultra Comfortable Orthopedic Sandals) and I must say I am extremely disappointed with how the shoes present – I am accustomed to buying leather shoes and these shoes are NOT leather, as advertised and NOT worth AUD$49.95 per pair!

After complaining to my colleague here upon receipt of your goods, I was shown a screenshot of the exact same shoes listed on TEMU for AUD$16.99 and I AM FURIOUS! This by Australian laws is deceptive and fraudulent! Your shoes are NOT leather, are NOT discounted by AUD$200.00 as stated, do NOT relate to a shop closing down in Melbourne, were NOT delivered in boxes and have NO sign of branding on them which is against Australian standards.

I would like to return these goods as I’m still within the return window of 14 days of receipt (Note: the goods have taken 11 days to get here as they were shipped from Mainland China and NOT shipped from Melbourne). Please supply return details – return address and procedure – to return this delivery for a full refund of AUD$149.85.

Scam alert!! Not an Australian company. Stock comes from China. I purchased "orthopaedic" shoes due to some closing down sale. It's all lies!! Quality is below par, nothing orthopaedic about it. Do not buy from them.
