I appreciated seeing a 30 day return policy before ordering. It made me feel safer trying a new shop. Luckily my dress fit well and I did not need to return it. Still, that peace of mind helped.

Awful dress and they make returning to get a refund very difficult. Also the dress I bought saw the exact same one on SHEIN . They just overcharged me about 25 bucks for it .

A total scam. The quality of the product is very poor and the return process is a nightmare, the website is just a lie. Do not recommend this place, just save yourself from disappointment.

Something was fishy… the photo on the website of the couple looks like AI. Happy that I looked this website before I placed my order. After I closed the tab of the pearlveil website I immediately got a text from them asking to send me another discount code. I didn’t not give them my phone number. Then I reverse image searched and found the dress on SHEIN. They are definitely running a drop shipping scheme.

I ordered during the big anniversary sale and everything went smoothly. The confirmation came quickly, tracking worked and the parcel arrived safely. My dress looked lovely once I tried it on. It was a simple and pleasant experience.

My dress arrived in good condition and the color was close to the photos. Online dress colors can be disappointing sometimes so I was relieved. The style also felt very flattering on me. I would order another dress from them.

Fake shop owners who charged me $3.99 for shipping when their website clearly says "free shipping on all orders" and when I asked what happened, "Carol" said she has to look into it because she can't see my full order, so I need to send her my order again. I keep getting "updates" on my order and reassurance that it's on its way now 3 weeks later. Jokes on them because I already got a refund for my CC company for their deceptive business practice. Can't wait to donate my dress to goodwill bc it's probably full of toxic chemicals coming from china.

I ordered a relaxed bloom dress because I wanted something light for daytime. It is not fancy but that is what I liked about it. It feels easy, airy and comfortable. I would wear it for travel or weekend plans.

The maxi dress has a graceful shape and did not cling awkwardly. I wore it with flat sandals during the day and it still looked nice. Later I added earrings and it worked for dinner too. Very useful piece.

I purchased a dress from them, and sent it to my sister as a present. It was a different dress as shown when purchased. Took a picture with both dresses, sent it to Pearl Veil Boutique and said it is the same dress as purchased, however pleased to offer a 10% refund. Unfortunately I can't add the picture for potential buyers to see. My sister did say it is poor quality and most likely coming from cheap Chinese clothing platforms.

The site has a gentle classic feel that I really liked. It was not loud or confusing and the story behind the shop made it feel more human. I ordered one dress first just to try it. Now I am thinking about going back for a bag.

The wide leg pants set is perfect for days when I want comfort without looking sloppy. The fit felt relaxed and very summer friendly. The delivery was bit slow but ig i still would like to order more

The $65 dress I bought was a joke, It was nothing like the pictures and the quality was so low I'd say its worth $5. The refund policy is crap, you have to pay for the return which they said could be $40+....do NOT buy from this place

This website and business is totally fake! It is all made up. The website appears to be legitimate and displays a husband and wife as owners of this boutique, which claims to be located in Ashville, North Carolina. However, after further investigation, the policies note that the business is actually in the United Kingdom. However, after looking further into the noted company that is taking the payments and supplying the products, the company is actually in China!
I placed an order 3 weeks ago under the impression that this boutique was owned by a husband and wife in North Carolina. I haven't received my order to date. I contacted the supposed business regarding my order and was told that tracking updates weren't always correct or updated and asked to continue to wait for my purchases. The most concerning part about making an online payment to Pearl Veil was that immediately after placing this order, my credit card information was used to make other unauthorized purchases online. Thankfully, my credit card company recognized the suspicious activity and declined these charges! Probably because the attempts to purchase were made internationally. Beware! SCAM. Fraudulent Activity!
