Wilson Melbourne 

I too was silly enough to order some clothing from Wilsons Melbourne thinking it was an Australia store. Couldn't find any address at all but took a gamble. I returned one piece of clothing back to China in January but they keep telling me it is stuck in Customs and will forward a refund when they receive the goods. I find this hard to believe and starting to think I can kiss that money goodbye. Other buyers should be very wary.

I purchased two pairs of sandals from Wilson Melbourne. They are too wide for my feet. I requested a return postage label and a full refund. They said I would have to pay the return shipping to China (not Melbourne). But as that would be expensive, I could accept a 15% refund and keep the sandals. The sandals are useless for me.

I made the mistake of ordering three items from Wilson Melbourne without checking Trust Pilot to see if there were any previous reviews. More fool me! As one reviewer said it is a scam! The product is cheap & nasty. I actually believe they are copies of another company.
I am continually emailing them for a refund but they keep coming back at me with offers starting at 20% and now up to 40%. I am so frustrated with them. Does anyone have any idea where I can go from here to get my refund ?
I don't even want to give them one star but don't know how to remove it.

Terrible product and service. Item shipped from China. Made of cheap, nasty fabric. When asked for a refund I was told that item would need to be sent back to China which would be costly so they advised to keep the item and they would give a partial refund and 20% off my next purchase. The discount is worthless to me as I won’t buy from them again. I received an $8 refund!!!!

I only pressed one star coz I had to. I would give them negative 100 stars. Do not buy from this fraudulent company. They are a cheap Chinese counterfeit product that are the crappiest shoes I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Cheap vinyl straps, awfully hard cheap plastic soles and definitely nothing like they are advertised on their fake website. Fortunately I used PayPal to pay with and I got my money refunded but I would love to know how these scammers keep getting away with selling counterfeit cheap imitations and then offering a 20% refund to keep the shoes and a further 25% off my next order. As if I would order anything from these horrible people. I’m pretty sure they are advertising this brand of shoes on other sites too so beware. Absolute scum of the earth

False advertising. Would not refund but give future discount. they will reap what they sow.

I ordered several items a month ago have not received them after many emails to Wilsons they claim the courier tried to deliver I gave wrong address and ph number but I did not They make you thing they are in Melbourne but the items come from China
They advised I contact imile the courier but the phone number for them is not working Give them a big miss

It took a week but I have just been notified by PayPal after pursuing my claim against Wilson Melbourne that they have refunded me the full amount
I made PayPal accountable for allowing a fraudulent company whom are trading under different names, and have received numerous complaints, to use PayPal services
PayPal are enabling these fraudsters and it needs to stop!

I'm embarrassed to admit I'm another one caught by this company's marketing hype.
Nothing about this transaction has been pleasant and reading the comments now just makes me feel like a bigger than ever fool for being sucked into their false marketing.
When my goods arrived they were the poorest quality and completely wrong sizing - nothing like their glamorous marketing.
Then when I said I wanted to return them for a refund I was offered 10% discount to keep them - they suggested I could gift them to family or friends - what sort a person would inflict that on their friends?
When I insisted I wanted to return them for a refund they offered me 15% discount and when I refused I was told the return postage was to China!!
So I sent them back, paid the international postage and now they're claiming that they can't refund until they receive the items from customs - the Australia Post tracking is no longer telling me anything so I suspect they have the goods.

I always look for the good in things - and surprisingly there is one! I've learnt NEVER to buy anything online again without checking reviews.

I wish I could give a minus score and I wish I read all these reviews beforehand. I ordered an empire dress, size S which advertised elegant and quality material for $44.95. It took 2 weeks for the order to arrive because it is from CHINA!!! I received a large sloppy nightie with low quality material, the style and color not even close to the picture that is worth less than $10. On their website, they advertise "30 days money back warranty if you not satisfy with the purchase". When I contacted them for a refund, well money back warranty means 15% of the purchase price. For a full refund the item must be returned to the warehouse in China which cost about $30 for shipping. What a joke! None of these were stated on their website. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

TOTAL SCAM do not buy anything from Wilson-Melbourne. Bought the sandals in a hurry, embarrassed that I didn't read any reviews. They are ridiculously bad quality. I am mortified. Then I'm told their returns policy is I pay the postage and they have to be posted back to China, even though they were sent to me from Australia. This company is a bunch of con-merchants. No decency or integrity. They should be shut down

I do not rate this any star. They are advertising orthopedic shoes with glamorous photos and discounts with 30-day return policy. Goods arrive from China, poor quality cheap plastic, and charge high prices. When I requested a return they offered 10 20 then a 30% refund and I could keep the shoes. When I insisted on a refund, I was requested to return the shoes to China with no return address and then they would consider refund.

I ordered and payed for a men’s shirt in late October and it has not arrived. On the tracking record there were 26 tracking events including international shipping with it finally being returned to the processing centre and now “ parcel abandoned”. This is obviously a sham and possibly an illegal drug trafficking operation. I hope customs and AFP have been alerted.

This is a Chinese based company that's A SCAM. Don't be fooled, they do not sell orthopaedic shoes, they are not leather and do not give your money back. You are contacting a bot that tells you rubbish about paying for postal returns to China.There are other companies that have the same format of advertising as Wilson's Melbourne, more scams! Just be aware.

A scam. Sandals are vinyl or some weird material, straps on sandals aren't long enough to cover velcro.
They offered 30% discount after purchasing 1st pair, unable to describe black sandals, like cardboard and can't do strap up. Decided to wear $50 sandals around house, so hot on feet. Don't buy absolute rubbish.
Can't be bothered even trying to get a refund.

Don't be scammed by this store!!! I bought supposedly high end dresses and shoes and ended up with shoes that seem to be made of cardboard and dresses that are made with 'cheap as' material, extremely badly made and sizing is all over the place. The shoes were like carboard, so thin and disgusting. Then when I tried to return them, found out that the Melbourne store is really in China and that is where I had to return them at a cost of $50!!! These items were so bad I do not want to even give them to charity. Believe all of the reviews, as they are true. The pictures are nothing like what is delivered!!
Thankfully, I only buy online if I can pay with Paypal and they have been my saviour. It took months and a bit of work from them but they got all of my money refunded, except for $25 (as they pay half the postage for overseas problems), which was wonderful as I did not expect any money returned!! Paypal were wonderful, told me they would take over and they were fabulous all the way through. Thank goodness I went through them as it was quite a few 'high end" items that I bought. I know by the reviews, many people were not as lucky as me. So definitely buy through Paypal.

Facebook ad advertising quality as they were closing down but instead received rubbish. Poorly made, would not fit. Cheap and nasty. They had made it practically impossible to return and receive our money back. We will continue to chase this up. Really frustrating!! Definitely not an Australian site! 😡

Clothes are such poor quality you could not trust to wear them.
Forwarding address for return was ridiculous and shipping an exorbitant cost. When return the refund is still pending after 2 months. The parcel delivered to China but still in transit as per their logistics team
