The best thing about popping into the Whistles store is the personal welcome you ALWAYS get - a friendly hello, a bit of chat as you are looking at an article - not sales mad focus, but an actual human connection. Julie epitomised that today which made my purchase an easy decision. Thank you for providing high quality products and welcoming human beings in store to speak to.

I had wonderful service at this store and the staff were incredibly helpful without being at all pushy. They made the whole shopping experience very stress free and enjoyable. They were friendly and personable and went to great lengths to find me the perfect pair of trousers.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Ordered a coat in the sale, quick delivery and well packaged. Beautiful wool blend long coat, received lots of compliments.
A few days later disappointed to find a further discount of 20% off sale items. Contacted customer service by their web chat and requested a price match, didn’t hear back from them after 10 days -so contacted them again today via their web chat. Their advisor Niamh quickly sorted out the refund for the price difference, no quibble, very pleased with the outcome.
Will shop at Whistles again and will recommend for excellent customer service.

Ordered a bag, didn’t receive what I ordered
Ordered a bag. After waiting for it to be shipped to Canada, paying taxes and fees, was sent a completely different bag. The one I actually ordered is sold out now. If this is what I can expect, I will NEVER buy anything from Whistles again.
