Shopped in the Kingston store - great collection of gorgeous clothes. The best help from very lovely and kind Sharon and Rida - couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleased with my purchase.

Bght the cream cotton cardigan (£99) from your London Bridge store and even though I love it, I was upset to see it was in the sale on line (the assistant was very charming and she saw I was a regular Whistles customer, however she must have known about the sale and perhaps only charge me the same price)

A positive experience from the very knowledgeable Sales Adviser who gave me super styling advice for the barrel legged trousers I bought. The jeans are super quality and know I will enjoy wearing. Thank you Whistles!

The staff were all very kind, helpful and patient. I was jeans shopping (always tricky!) and I tried on several different styles and sizes and they were happy to answer my questions and get alternative sizes for me. I also really appreciate that the Guildford store has a decent petite section as often petite sizes are online only and you have to try on regular sizes to get an idea of things, which isn’t always ideal as the proportions are often different. I left with a lovely pair of jeans that I’m very happy with.

I went into the St Pancreas store in fur lined anorak (I’m from the North!) and left with the most fab outfit worthy of an older rock chick! Skirt, top, belt and boots. Thank you to the wonderful and realistic assistants, you really know how to style.

I asked for an item
In size 10 and the assistant returned saying, I’ve brought you a 12 ‘just in case’ !
It felt quite rude and judgemental
Excellent customer service. I placed an order recently and forgot to apply a discount code I had. I contacted Whistles and had an online chat with Khadijat and they kindly agreed to apply the code once I confirmed I was happy with my order so much appreciated.

Having returned a coat and not received my refund, I contacted Whistles online chat. It was efficiently dealt either and a refund immediately processed. The customer service was very good.

Not a great experience at the new Broadgate Central store. I purchased a top in the sale but the store manager told me I couldn't try it on because the store was closing in 5 minutes, she said I could return the top within 28 days.
The top wasn't great quality so I tried to return the top a few weeks later. The customer assistant was extremely rude. She investigated the top and found a very small (2mm wide) tear in the neckline and told me I couldn't return it. I explained that I had not worn the top, I tried it on once and the tags were all still intact. She got another member of staff over to investigate and they made a comment about the date that I'd bought it, suggesting that I'd worn it and was now trying to return it. She said they check all items for quality before they are purchased but I know this was not the case when I bought it because they were rushing me.
Eventually they agreed to refund me but I left feeling judged and uncomfortable. I won't be purchasing from this store again.

I had spotted a blouse and knitted button tank after looking at a Whistles email. I was in a rush- showed the assistant the blouse in my phone and she went straight to it, described the tank and she knew exactly the one I meant. Great advice about sizing- no time to try on, she was spot on, I am delighted with my purchases, great customer service.
