I placed the order on 28th of April and didn’t receive it until 27 of May.. I have sent an email and asked them where is it so they send me just one item and the second one I will receive in the 2nd part next week. HORRIBLE

I placed an order on 3rd May still not received.

Sent 2 emails and filled in contact us form on their website, no reply.

I do not know what has happened as previously ordered stuff with no issues.

Will be raising a dispute through my bank.

Ordered an item on 03rd May, delivery stated 4-10 Days, waited until 16th May to email them asking where it is and that they should refund the delivery, they ignored the part about delivery charge refund and told me it was ready for dispatch. I emailed again on the 22nd May stating they have to send me the tracking order number or I will request a rfund through paypal. Got my refund from paypal now aas they never replied to my email. Avoud this company, they're awful.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY - ORDERED SOMETHING & REFUSED DELIVERY AS ARRIVED WAY TOO LATE IN MARCH 23 & STILL 2 MONTHS ON NO REFUND. I HAVE SENT A LETTER VIA RECORDED DELIVERY & IF I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING AFTER 2 WEEKS GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS - WHY THEY HAVEN'T BEEN CLOSED DOWN IS BEYOND ME!!!

Do not buy from here awful service!! Ordered on 30/03. It said delivery would be between 4-10 days. It was delivered after this time frame. I then sent the item back, which I had to pay my own postage and I couldn’t see on the website that there was any return label as stated on the site. I returned it and could see that they received the parcel back on 14/04. It’s not 20/05 and still no refund. I raised a dispute with PayPal which Wassyl replied to to say “if we have received your refund we will refund you in 10-15 days” which is an absolute lie. Just waiting for the claim to be settled with Paypal so that they refund me.

Returned item . Received and signed for 2 months ago. No refund and no reply to my emails. Avoid at all costs

Shocking! poor quality item received so i sent it back and company didn't refund. Then when i emailed customer services I was repeatedly ignored and the item was £30!!!

I ordered some size 12 trousers and when they arrived they didn’t even fit my 11 year old daughter! On the website it says print their label to return but I could’t find it. My emails were ignored too so I returned the item via Royal Mail. Still haven’t received a refund 3 months on. Absolute joke!

If I could have given zero stars I would NEVER again will I order ..... ordered 3 weeks ago have sent 3 emails & one social media message all been ignored! NOT IMPRESSED...... AVOID at all costs

I have returned 2 dresses recorded delivery over a month ago wassyl has ignored my emails and won’t refund me the money £75, please avoid this website at all costs. Scam website. Shame as the outfits are nice.

Quality of products are great, only thing negative is delivery takes weeks twice ive ordered and both orders have been delayed

Still waiting on a refund over a month after I returned a dress
Literally get no replies from emails, Instagram or Facebook messages just get ignored also
I sent the dress back recorded it was signed for the day after but no refund or acknowledgement of the return

Dress came late turned out be too big i returned still no refund and no one is answering my emails and that was a month ago

Awful experience. Wish I had read other reviews before I placed an order. Sent 2 items back as they were small and I am still waiting for my refund (it's been already a month). Zero communication from the seller, however I sent them 4 emails chasing up my refund. Will have to place a chargeback if they don't reply to me. Avoid this company.

I do like what I have bought but it took longer than expected to receive it (4 weeks).

I send back a parcel and the return has not been processed, over a month ago.

This company is acting fraudulently. See all reviews. My story is I purchased a dress BEFORE reading the reviews. The dress was VERY poor quality had been stitched so badly that half the hem was stitched up and the material had been poorly cut. The item did NOT arrive sealed in a packaging it was just placed into a parcel and was not folded it was just thrown in.
I immediately returned the item paying for postage return. 8 weeks later and over 6 emails to them NO refund.
Thankfully my bank has compensated for my loss but PLEASE don’t make the same mistakes! How they are still operating I do not know!!!
